The technical term is hypotrophy.

Neuroendocrine tumor?

So sorry to hear this. I really hope it’s a (quite rare) neuroendocrine tumor, which has the 41% 5-year survival you cited if treated surgically. Unfortunately, a much more common adenocarcinoma has a 3% 5-year survival at stage 3. I say this not to potentially diminish your hope, but to make sure you have the most accurate information at your disposal. I wish your uncle many years of happiness to come.

That's Christian Wilkins's

That's Christian Wilkins's hand. Don't want to know what you searched for to find this.

We always strive to be better
So close

Dang you beat me to it. Not the same pic, but I agree it is the same game.

Beilein is currently ranked

Beilein is currently ranked 1st with 40% of the vote, but let's keep it up.

Victors Waltz

I believe we played Victors Waltz through my senior season (although we rarely had the opportunity as it was '08). So that's at least 2 years into Boerma and 1 year into Rich Rod. Maybe Pasquale got rid of it? I always enjoyed it.

Illiteracy is not a crime.

Is it possible he just couldn't read the sign?

I'm Ron Burgundy?

It's so damn hot; milk was a good choice?

"Just Like Working at Ford Field

Only you pay us." Being closer to ground level does nothing but make the game more difficult to see. If the play isn't right in front of you, you just end up watching the scoreboard/TV. I'd rather sit in the nosebleed section.

Match Rate

To be clear, the match rate for graduates of US med schools is more like 95%. International applicants certainly drag the overall rate down.

Does anyone outside of the

Does anyone outside of the MMB get that?

Huh?

There were three minutes left... Even my dead grandma could go like 25 yards or whatever they would have had in three minutes. If anything they would have scored too fast and given Rutgers too much time.

Supine

He's actually lying supine, not prone. Sorry, I have an anatomy exam coming up. I think the line realized he'd been killed instantly and went to look for any viable victims.

I could be wrong, but I don't

I could be wrong, but I don't think Maize and Blue sends it's employees around the world to find and source the best ingredients, which I can tell you for a fact that Zingerman's does. If that costs me $5 a sandwich, so be it. If you can't taste the difference, then don't pay extra, but "the same sandwich" it is not.

UM vs. Wofford

Of course we drew Wofford in the Tourney. Now this guy has to cry for me to be happy. Damn you selection committee!

Questionable Craft Foul

That questionable blocking foul was actually Morgan's 4th PF, for the record. He fouled out later on a putback after an Ohio offensive rebound.

Better Movie than Rudy

If someone wrote this screenplay, it would blow Rudy out of the water. I'm guessing it would go something like this:

Fox walks on at childhood favorite (since last season) Texas Tech.

Fox learns it likely has less than 4 years to live... because it's a fox.

Fox struggles to climb the depth chart due to lack of opposable thumbs.

Fox finds a niche in spying on opposing teams on the sideline.

Fox transfers to Michigan State to play quarterback.

Fox earns starting job.

Fox acquires rabies the night before the first game of the season.

Mark Dantonio forced to shoot fox with a shotgun.

Mark Dantonio also shoots Maxwell and Cook, turns to Terry and says, "Don't disappoint me."

Roll credits.

Some advice

There are several ways to right click on a Mac depending on your specific setup. Holding the control key and clicking will always work. If you are using a modern laptop, you should be able to click with two fingers on the track pad or in the bottom right corner with one finger as if there were a physical button. You can choose your preferred method in system preferences under trackpad. If you're using a recent Apple mouse, you should be able to click the right side of the mouse as if there were a physical button. Of course, you can always use any 3rd party mouse as well (USB/Bluetooth). While I don't know your exact situation, there should be plenty of ways for you to right click. If you have any questions on anything, I'd be happy to help.

Or you could watch it...

with the BTN2Go app, assuming you have a qualifying cable package.

Really?

If you don't carry a balance (as no one should in non-life-or-death situations) then the rate should be the last thing you look at. I will take perks over rate all day everyday, which I don't pay for because there is no annual fee, and I pay my bill. Also I've had Capital One for several years and have never had a problem. Their perks aren't the greatest, but I like the lack of foreign transaction and currency exchange fees when traveling abroad.

Redeeming Rewards

If you're talking about how you can redeem your rewards balance when making purchases on Amazon and such, I would advise against it. I bought into the idea too until I realized that it is basically a tricky way for them to not give you cash back on your purchases. For example, if you buy something with $25 in rewards, you get $0 in rewards for that purchase. If you pay for the item as usual, you earn rewards on the purchase and can take the $25 as a statement credit.

NSFW

I'm really feeling a strong connection with these guys. Fast forward this one to around 1 min:

Mobile Devices

I don't know about your devices, but the embedded video works just fine on my iPhone. It doesn't work if I try to watch it on YouTube, but who cares? Does the embedded video not play on Android or something?

Agreed

I am currently listening on At Bat myself. This is the only legit solution, unless you can find a station that forgot to switch off the feed.

I presume you mean:

It puts the t-shirt on its torso, or else it gets kissed by Lee Corso.

The real winner tonight...

I think we can all agree the real winner in this Final Four is Adidas. 2 for 2 over Nike. *Starts slow clap*

St. Joseph's

In which parallel dimension was St. Joseph's ranked #10 on March 15?

Not so fast

Those are listed in alphabetical order. The actual order won't be released until March 12. So yes, Michigan is top 10 in both, but we don't yet know where exactly in the top 10.

Glad I'm not the only one...

who was distracted by the fact that Iowa and Minnesota had decidedly lower video quality than everyone else. Makes sense actually. I guess Purdue and Northwestern couldn't afford the flip cam Iowa and Minnesota apparently used.

Not great last season

Those are Carle's stats from 3 and 2 seasons ago. This season he was a +4 with 38 points, compared to +15 with 46 points for Suter. They're both good, but I think Suter is definitely coming off the better season.

Volume 4 cover?

Perhaps not the Ohio players...

But Ohio fans did rush the field after the game in 2006, where they proceded to carve up the sod and throw chunks at our band.

Not Sustainable

The problem these patches will eventually create as opposed to retiring jerseys will be that all of our best players will be wearing "patched" numbers. What happens when a new once-in-a-generation player comes up? What if Calvin Johnson and Jerry Rice's love child comes to UofM and wears #1? Does the patch change player designations, gain multiple designations or is it just first-come-first-served?

Nice Job

Fuzzy Math

Don't they also make a substantial amount of money from the bowl games featuring other SEC teams? This is like writing an article that says cars cost the average consumer $10000 a year without factoring in the fact that cars allow people to make money by allowing them to get to work. A more accurate article would calculate how much Alabama netted last season from all bowls combined, which I would guess is 7 figures in the black.

Non-Story

A reach at best.

And boom goes the dynamite.

Too soon?
