This is such a sad day. Not This is such a sad day. Not surprised it happened, but sad nonetheless. I hope someone comes in soon and can do damage control with current players and recruits. DB made his bed here, now he needs to keep all the bed bugs out that destroyed any chance for RR to be successful. Does anyone else wonder if RR breathed a sigh of releif as he left DB's office? Good luck RR!
Some of them use magnetic Some of them use magnetic fields. The one used after spine surgeries are painless and patients don't even know they are on.
I think we will see a heavy I think we will see a heavy dose of running the ball in this game. Minor has been limited playing, so hopefully is getting closer to 100%. A heavy dose of Minor/Brown/Shaw/Cox/VSmith can help keep the pressure off of Tate/DRob in their first hostile environment game. It should also help keep our defense off the field more, which could be a major factor. Of course we have had some long runs for quick scores, so maybe that theory goes right out the window. Score Early, Score Often-Go Blue!
Loud Stadium Having never been to EL, can anyone compare the potential noise level for the game (with OSU/PSU being the loudest and the Big House pre-renovation being on the quite side)? This may be a big factor for Tate/DRob if the game stays close late into the game. I think Tate can get settled in, but seeing the issues snapping against IU is frightening. Jumping to an early lead may help quite the crowd. Maybe Bill Martin can bus our "Down In Front Posse" to EL to take the crowd out of the game.
I think it drives OSU fans I think it drives OSU fans crazy when they have no one except for themselves to blame for their loss. Usually they can rally behind blaming some outside factor that "wronged them". Now they are going against each other. It couldn't have been set up better for them either. They were playing at home, at night, with crazy, loud fans, against a true freshman QB, without their top returning receiver and most of their defensive starters gone. They aren't going to get another opportunity against a higher ranked opponent with so many things going against them for a long time, if ever. Granted, perhaps no one reloads quite like USC, but the Buckeyes like to claim the best recruiting classes while looking through their scarlet colored glasses. I think 90% of Buckeye Nation will be on suicide watch if they lose to another true freshman QB this year, especially if its a Meeechigan QB!
Sorry My phone went nuts when I was posting it. Guess I shouldn't try that anymore...
Favorite Player NTwo years ago at the Women's Football Academy, when families were aLlowed in Brandon Graham could not have been any nicer my small children. He signed autographs and chatted with us. This year at Fan Day he was the same way. We are very fortunate to have him back as a senior for not only his playing ability, but also his attitude. I hope he has a long and successful NFL career. EDIT: sorry it posted so many times. I typed this on my phone and it went haywire!

Nice one! Nice one!
Forcier More Grounded Tate seems to be much more grounded. I loved the story that RichRod told last night after the game about how Tate was getting on the bus before the game and was upset because he realized he forgot to brush his teeth. Does anything shake him? I also read a story in the Adrian Telegram last Sunday where Tate said he got a tear in his eye as he ran out of the tunnel last week and heard 110,000 people cheering and he realized how much this all means to Michigan fans. This kid really gets it. I don't think TP really give a damn about OSU fans when it all comes down to it. He's just bidding his time until payday (if that day hasn't already arrived...). Sorry I don't have any links.
Denard I feel the same way. If Denard can get some good reps the next two games and hopefully make some pass completions, opponents will question whether he is going to run everytime and give him some more room to run. Sorry to bring up the name again, but to me it kind of reminds me of the few time that Feagin saw the field last year. Obviously, Denard is on a different planet in terms of athletic abiliy, though.
Ezeh Was anyone else impressed with Ezeh catching up to the Notre Dame player (sorry can't remember who it was)and saving what would have been a TD-but called back anyway? He showed some serious determination.
Good for RichRod With all of the negativity that RichRod has had over his short tenure it's great for him to get this win. How can RichRod supporters be any happier for him right now. I hope we don't have any more nail biters like this for awhile now because I don't know if my heart can take it
Don't forget Toledo Tom A great matchup of girth was when Kansas and Mangino faced Toledo and Tom Amstutz (and his whistle). They could have had one helluva sumo match
Ricardo at Fan Day Ricardo was at Fan Day this year wearing Michigan gear and chatting it up with fans, signing autographs, and playing catch with a bunch of kids. When I told him it was pretty cool that he was there, he said he loved being around Michigan fans and his future teammates. I was really impressed. I also like the fact that he does his fair share of recruiting other kids to the team. GO BLUE!
The Herd Colin Cowherd just finished talking to Sweatervest and mentioned that he was kinda pulling for Michigan because he's sick of people piling on RichRod. This guy flip-flops like no other. Maybe its because the "mother station" is broadcasting the game instead of the Domers' NBC.
Beat me to it Is that why Junior's name has swirled around the injury report?
