Has been a little bit of both. But beware, the Purple Line stop after games is insanely crowded. |
| 1 year 33 weeks ago | Pretty Funny?!?! |
I am laughing so hard that our group admin came into my office to see what the hell was going on. I then sent the link to an OSU alum and she is now howling in her office...holy tap dancing christ that is hilarious. |

Driving to, and parking in, Evanston for a game is a nightmare. I live a bit north of Evanston and end up taking the Metra and walking whenever we play the Wildcats. |

Twenty-three times for me. I am bummed, my face is totally blurry.... |

All I will add is this awesome nugget. When it became evident that Gallon was wide open, an ND fan behind me yells at the top of of his lungs "JESUS TAP DANCING CHRIST, WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE SAFETY!?!?!?!?!". My father-in-law leans over and says to me, "in the middle of the field, covering a ghost".

Got an opportunity to meet him a few months back, and I totally understand why he is such an amazing recruiter. |

Stan just can't seem to come to grips with the fact that his son is a Grade A dipshit. |

Isn't stupid. He is a world class a-hole, but not stupid. He knows what will happen over the course of the next few hours. Angry Michigan fan will call, he will interrupt and subsequently hang up on them, all the while being the twatwaffle that he is. And people will listen, which is the whole point. Oh, and Dantonio is a smug, hypocritical dickhead. |

I have compartmentalized 2008-2010 and completely forgotten about it. Watching the 2008 Capital One Bowl is my last memory... Bad jokes aside, that Wisky game was crazy. We had a few Badgers in our section and man were they (justifiably so) ornery when the 2pt conversion failed. |

Did the same thing. Moved to MI after living in Chicago for 14 years. I wanted to be within 30 minutes of Ann Arbor, so that ruled out W. Bloomfield, Birmingham, etc. Eventually narrowed things down to Northville and Plymouth (we wanted a home in a downtown setting, walking distance to parks, blah, blah, blah). Chose Northville because of the public schools. It's a great town..but housing is on the more expensive side. |

I intended no offense, though re-reading my original comments I can see how it came off the way it did. Don't get me wrong, I am fully aware of how crazy lucky I am. |

Tuition has gotten outrageous. Gotta give mom and dad a huge thanks for footing the bill during my three years in Ann Arbor for law school. I can't imagine busting my ass, getting to April of 3L with a brain that resembles oatmeal only to finish with a mountain of debt. I is lucky. |

The radio saying "earthquake and tsunami" without hearing where it was and nearly hypervenilated. My wife is in India right now and given where the last disaster of this type happened, I damn near had a panic attack.
Video and photos of this are pretty scary. |

Lamentably, those things destroy my thirty-eight year old stomach. One of our associates brought a mountain of them into the office this morning and I must resist temptation.... |

His being on the sidelines during the first and third quarter never really struck as quite odd. Rita's however, did. Could not for the life of me get why she was allowed there. That said, when DB was behind the team during the PSU disaster, I couldn't help but think "RR is in deep trouble..."...proved to be very true. |

Seven years of my life flew by in about 10 minutes. The last three were stressful. Was on planes more often than pilots and working constantly. No wonder I am 38 and single! I made the decision to leave right about the time for me to be considered for partner. My mentor told me I was nuts (and at the time she was probably right), but I just didn't have it in me anymore. |
| 2 years 18 weeks ago | Agreed |
At the time, law school felt like the inner circles of purgatory. Both brain and liver were elated in the spring of 1997 when it was over. Ashley's and Grizzly Peak were probably a bit sad that I graduated, as the amount of money spent on booze during those three years probably added a fourth year of tuition. Mercifully, my parents paid for it. I have no idea how I managed to pull that off, so I can't speak to the debt situation.
That said, I can give you a perspective on what it has done for me.

Of our fanbase over the last few days - years actually - is nothing short of deplorable. And...that some are going virtually postal over the mere possibility of Hoke is an embarassment. Given where we are as a football program, we all just need to shut the hell up and see where this goes. |
| 2 years 20 weeks ago | If Brandon |
Is using this game as part of his evaluation, RR is d-u-n. Pathetic effort today. |
| 2 years 24 weeks ago | Yikes |
As if we need further evidence of how fractured this fanbase has become. Brian is fired up, I spend more time typing this crap than working on my IP cases, and you could practically feel Stan Edwards anger through the phone...Regardless of outcome, I cannot wait for this to be over so we can move on and look forward to 2011. |
| 2 years 24 weeks ago | I Tend to Agree |
Forgive the stream-of-consciousness nature of this... Should we play the totally nonsensical/hypothetical what-if game, if would be wise of Harbaugh to see how the final BCS standings look before he makes any decision. Further, Brandon needs to have a candidate wrapped up before he decides anything with regard to Rich. We cannot have a circa 2007 open-market circus on our hands. Brandon has gone on the record about the Michigan "brand", and games like this past Saturday (along with Sparty, Iowa, etc.) drag that brand into the toilet. Totally disgree with Rittenberg's logic here. If anything, this timelines completely undermines RR should he in fact stay. Letting him twist in the wind for a month while we all get assaulted with 'RR going to school X" coupled with brutal negative recruiting is a dangerous game to play. My best guess is that Brandon is trying to time this as best he can in order to minimize carnage. |

I could be blind, or experiencing exhaustion induced system failure...either way, thanks. |

I am looking at his twitter page right now...and there is no such post. |
