If I were Dusty, the Maize Rage would (of course) be my first stop. After that, if I'm targeting students? Frats, of course. Their members are probably more likely to be sports fans than the average student and also more likely to be "joiners," so your investment may yield large flocks.

As far as RichRod and Michigan are concerned, I think this information is mostly beside the point. I don't think he ever would have been successful at Michigan.
