MSU, because they just need to be beat for Dantonio's sake. I haven't dislikesd a coach as much as him that I can recall. And, the events of last year's game still have me annoyed. If this game is close, everyone will be nervous for the 5 in a row factor. Hopefully we pummel Sparty from start to finish and can enjoy it.
With his frame he'll be at 280 lbs. within a year, so I see no worries physically. More importantly his intelligence and maturity level set a good foundation to be a future leader in this football program.
Probably just updated rankings and reading changed my belief Anzalone was better. There seemed be more hype on Anzalone early on. Gedeon highlights were mostly offense, and McCray just seems very rough - almost a reach.
But, Gedoen has that high character-nose for the ball- Posluszny appeal and I think he'll be very good. And, McCray does have speed, size, and upside; so with coaching I suppose he's a good balance of throwback guys and athletes in our LB corps.
Yeah, that's what I assumed, but I wonder if they feel shaky at all about McCray or if he indeed has a change of heart would they create a Plan B with a previous recruited LB. Not so much now, but early in the process I actually thought Anzalone was slighter better than Gedeon and McCray.

Especially since Rivals just did a front page article on his prep for the 5 Star Challenge. As I recall, they also spoke of his prior camp success.

Has there been any word on whether the staff is recruitng Anzalone after the Levenberry announcement? Or, if he reached out to M after Creep-Gate?
