I take that back... you might... might... have some luck with the Ustream viewer app. Download the app and search for the live stream. So it is possible, but the search function within the app is not great. All I can ever find is videos of puppies.
This may be a bit technical but I was having trouble finding this podcast through my motorola droid phone. I am using Google Listen to search for the podcast with no luck... any ideas?

Without 2.2 and flash your out of luck man. With flash (and WIFI) you can watch at nbc.com or channelsurfing.com.
