As many insiders have said, nobody knows what is going and although frustrating as a fan, it is what it is. Like you said before, the process is fluid, just like any business decision made outside of the sports world. Don't let the torches and pitchforks take away from the ones that appreciate the info. I hate gyms, I've tried to find ways around them...
I've been using a resistance band system for a long time now. It's called a gorilla bow. I bought the heavy band accessories set with it too for a much harder workout than with the bands that comes with the bow. It's totally mobile and you really only need a smaller 8'x8' area to use it. The website has a lot of workout plans and suggestions to go with the bow. Personally, I do three sets of 14 exercises a 2-3 times a week.
I also put up a heavy bag and I like to go for a run around the neighborhood or do a jump rope workout in the garage.
Ohio State in 2003 for the 100th game. My parents flew me out for my 19th birthday present from San Diego. Loved it and still remember everything about the day, even walking 3 or 4 miles to the stadium and back with OSU fans. Breaston scored Michigan's 1st touchdown on an option play, Braylon and CP showed up big that day too. The fans around me were all awesome, especially when they found out I was a fan from San Diego. I'll take my sons (and wife if I can convince her) someday.
Well said Magnus. In the time of Lloyd's end, RichRod and Hoke, OSU was building a powerhouse with Tressel and Meyer. Michigan recruited like crap at the end of Lloyd and with RichRod, had a scandal get blown-up, and had Hoke recruit better but couldn't turn it into on-field success. Even with the Fickell year and the sanction year, OSU seemed to keep building momentum.
No excuses for Harbaugh, but the un-doing of his predecessors and the fact that Michigan's foundational principles will never be that of OSU and Alabama make it hard to compete against those schools right now. At some point they'll hopefully ruin themselves and in that time hopefully Harbaugh (or someone else if it comes to that) can close the gap year-to-year.
Same here. Mid 30's, boys are 5 and 2. They're in bed by 8pm-ish and up between 6:30 - 7:00am. I'm 10pm to 3:40am during the week. I get up early to work out, because it may seem counter-intuitive but working out (running / stationary bike / some weights) helps my daily endurance more than sleeping an extra hour and no working out. I try to catch up some on the weekends. Parent life man...it's all good fun!

Yeah, I disagree. I’m factoring their experience/age into depth. Go back to Brian’s preview write-up yesterday, they have a bunch of upperclassmen that have very respectable ORtgs and obviously very good freshman able to share the load. If any one guy can carry their offense, and obviously they’ve had multiple guys do it during games, they still have the ability to D-up not having to rely on any one guy.
Michigan was able to do this at times, but less frequently than Villanova with a generally younger lineup. My point was imagine when this group grows older into Beilein’s / Yacklich’s system and I think they’ll be on the same path as what Nova has done this year.
Depth definitely plays into fatigue, I agree. Hopefully the talent next year translates well so the team can play like Villanova did this year. Last night was an example of what a deep team looks like. Experienced players playing in a system for years. Beilein has them going that way, so I’m looking forward to the future!
It looked like Speight targeted him a lot but JOK and Peters did not. When targeted by JOK and Peters, throws weren’t always accurate. I would chalk it up to shaky QB play and give him a reprieve this year.
Another observation is Butt, Chesson and Darboh probably freed him up more last year and defenses were able to key on him more this year with a younger set of WR’s on this years team.
Sorry to hear this and my prayers go out to you, your wife / girls and family! I just lost my dad (59 years old) to lung cancer a couple weeks ago and my heart is heavy thinking about what your family is going through right now.

I grew up here in San Diego and have attended games since I was 5 (33 now). Of all the memories going to the games, the best part was always going with my dad and brothers, tailgating, watching the game then throwing the football around in the parking lot after games. Now that I have two boys, it's disappointing I won't be able to do the same with them when they're old enough.
The Chargers were the reason I started watching Michigan. SDSU was rarely on TV, and one November morning in 1991, I saw this guy numbered 21 run a punt back and strike the pose and I have been hooked on Michigan ever since. I said, wow, these guys have colors similar to the Chargers and that guy Desmond Howard is so cool! One of the best Christmas presents I have ever received was tickets to the '94 Holiday Bowl to see them play Colorado State here in SD. (I have been able to travel to AA to see a game as well,The Game in 2003)
It's a sad day here. It's very disappointing that this comes down to a stubborn owner who has failed and alienated his fanbase and years of shit politicians that never came to the table ready to help.
It was in the local paper last weekend that Ross had a tryout with the Chargers as well. No report of what happened to him specifically, but another article came out on Monday saying the Chargers signed 3 guys from the tryout and Ross was not included.
I bet this is exactly what Harbaugh wanted the whole time. Yes, some kids will have the, 'wow, Bama is here, outlook. But, this just puts Michigan in more of the spotlight and I think side by side, Harbaugh proves he's the coach you want to play for.

Hoke was not a coordinator until the Oregon job. Any comparison between McElwain and Hoke as coordinators would be apples and oranges.
