Sorry, I blinked and missed it. |

Nice work overal but no OSU footage? The run in that game was ridiculous. |
| 17 weeks 6 days ago | Cute but you forgot something... |
The question isn't whether boys should play volleyball, the question is whether a boy should be allowed to join an all girls volleyball team where the competition is other all girl volleyball teams. |
| 17 weeks 6 days ago | Okay |
Are there any sports that are considered "girls only" that you could as an example. I agree, boys should stick to boys soccer and girls should stick to girls soccer. Most high schools do not have boys and girls volleyball teams. Should a boy be able to play on the girls volleyball team? |
| 17 weeks 6 days ago | No |
That is all. |
| 17 weeks 6 days ago | Thread Title Sucks |
The Philly CYO didn't end her career. They didn't say she can't play football anywhere, ever again. They said that she cannot play in the CYO. That doesn't mean she can't join another league (which she should do if she loves playing football). |

the choice of the organzation to make this decision Mr. Freedom fighter? Should it be protected too? |
| 19 weeks 5 days ago | Yah |
Hugging and kissing the coach's wife is infinitley more weird. What planet am I on? |
| 19 weeks 5 days ago | Both threads |
I think it's hillarious that people on both threads are naieve enough to suggest that the lady is the Beileins wife. WTF kind of world do we live in? "Uh yea, hey guys one last thing before we start the game, make sure you give my wife a big hug and kiss". |

| 40 weeks 6 days ago | Yeah. All 4 and 5 star high |
Yeah. All 4 and 5 star high school recruits turn into 1st round draft picks. Everyone knows that. |
| 41 weeks 8 hours ago | Weren't Milliner, Lester, |
Weren't Milliner, Lester, Mosley, and Williams on the team last year? I'm pretty sure they all saw significant playing time too. So these 4 were on the the field in addition to the other 4 who went in the 1st round. So by your estimation, last year's Alabama defense had 8 first rounders on the field and the Alabama defense that Michigan just faced put 4 (potentially) on the field. See what I mean? Not the same. |
| 41 weeks 11 hours ago | 4 players selected in the |
4 players selected in the first 35 picks of the NFL draft. I do not think this years defense will produce similar results. |

Sorry but you can make numbers look however good or bad that you would like them to look when constructing a narative like this. The offensive statistics do not tell the entire story. True, Denard may have thrown for more yards than almost anybody else did against Alabama last year but, you're totally overlooking the personel changes on the Bama defense that occured. Hard to argue that last year's Alabama secondary was not significantly better than this years when you take into account that they lost two 1st rounders back there (not to mention a high 2nd rounder coming off the end during passing downs). What you're presenting may make you feel good and serve as some consolation but the reality is that you're comparing apples to oranges. |
| 1 year 19 weeks ago | It was Norfleet |
According to Wilfong at 247/sports the rumored signing was actually Norfleet. They initially were going to run the story first thing this morning, but received permission to break it last night. |
| 1 year 23 weeks ago | Well |
In of itself I would say no, it is not a big deal. Take it and combine it with his previous transgressions and also take into consideration that he was under scrutiny by Hoke and staff to begin with....I would say that this will probably be a big deal and the end of his career at Michigan. Unfortunately. |
| 1 year 23 weeks ago | Son of a... |
And to think, two days ago I was telling my brother that our WR outlook for next year was top notch with Stonum returning and the addition of Arnett (considering he received an override from the NCAA on sitting out a year due to transfer). What a difference a few days make....damn it. |
| 1 year 23 weeks ago | Me too |
I thought Mario played well too. There were a few plays in particular that stood out to me. He held containment on a screen play early in the 1st quarter and ended up forcing the runner back inside where he was gobbled up close to the line of scrimmage. On another play in the 1st quarter he chased down a runner about 8 yards off the line of scrimmage (nice motor, didn't quit on the play). He definitely needs to add some size, but you can't teach a kid "hustle" and he certainly knows all about that from what I saw. |

I think Meyer left UF for legitimate reasons....his health. Deciding to leave was not a mistake. He is making a mistake by jumping back into coaching IMO. Unless he was miraculously cured of those health issues of course. I live in FL and I can tell you first hand that UF people down here are not too happy with Urban. You have to keep in mind that the people down here loved him mostly because he coached UF (and was successful). Not because he was Urban Meyer. Kids down here grow up wanting to play for UF (or FSU or Miami for that matter), not Urban Meyer. You don't see Steve Spurrier pulling all of the top notch Florida talent at South Carolina do you? That guy was like a God down here, yet after he left the kids still wanted to go to UF. I can't imagine it will be any different now with Urban at Ohio. I can’t help but find it a little funny that Ohio's new coach's initials are UM. haha |

I'm pretty sure that if at any point the "violations" were communicated between parties via the University's email system you can get then through FOI. |
| 2 years 15 weeks ago | Dorsey and Claxton |
Were robbing houses together (allegedly...I think). This is the same mess that Demar was involved in that fueled the Freep's jihad against him. "Taking that same view, Wisconsin's Bret Bielema signed linebacker Kevin Claxton even though Claxton had been convicted in conjunction with a home burglary in November 2007. When he was 18, Claxton drove the getaway car after a small group of teenagers broke into a home near Lauderdale Lakes, Fla. He was a prized recruit at Boyd Anderson High at the time of his arrest, but his dream of playing in college seemed dashed after he was charged with felony burglary." |

Wasn't Dorsey one of those teenagers involved in this burglary?

What is so funny? Hopefully this picture was snapped just as Hoke was telling the team that they have been "punked" and he is not really the new coach. *Sorry I couldn't resist. |
| 2 years 22 weeks ago | Lets hope not |
Former players cannot contact prospective recruits, or their family. Remember the Reggie Bush Joe McKnight controversy a few years ago? http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/news/story?id=2759774 |
| 2 years 23 weeks ago | Randy Shannon anyone? |
Here is my case for considering him. 1. Great defensive minded coach 2. Runs a clean program (at Miami of all places) 3. Student athletes excell academically on his teams 4. Strong southern recruiting ties 5. Prefers a pro-style offense Pair him with an offensive coordinator worth his salt, and add in the fact that he won't be recruiting against instate rivals such as UF or FSU, and I think he could be successful here. It's at least as plausible as thinking that Chris Peterson would work in AA. Stop me if you've heard this before: 1. Offense focused, spread oriented head coach 2. Successful in a league much less competitive than the Big 10 Hmmmm......where might that end up? |

| 2 years 26 weeks ago | It will fail |
Therein lies the problem with your solution. People do not look even two posts down before submitting to the mgoboard (did you see how many Walls to Cal posts there were today?), what makes you think they would navigagte to the diaries and read a chart before doing so? No offense, but I think the myriad of post complaining about the CC/DB posts are just as annoying and equally pointless. |
| 2 years 26 weeks ago | Ultimately |
Isn't bitching about other people bitching just contributing to the overall bitchiness that you're attempting to put an end to? Deep thoughts.... |
