Just a little more help here please. Everywhere I look (mgoblue, ESPN....) it says the game will be on BTN. Is there some sort of sharing where BTN games are shown on the ESPN app? Perhaps I'm looking at outdated information and there is a better place to find what network is broadcasting the games?
Norm coached my uncles football team at St. John's Catholic HS in Ypsilanti. Coach Parker was a mentor and a very positive influence in his life. My uncle went on to become the head coach at Willow Run HS and eventually the AD after heart problems ended his coaching career. My best to Norm and his family. May he have a speedy recovery.
as I recently wondered how things are going for spoon. I was very sad to see that he didn't make it in and hope things work out for him. Kid was a stud in HS and I thought he would do well. I consider myself a hardcore fan that follows recruiting but this is news to me. Thanks for posting. Junp all over someone that posts the seventh weather update during game week if you like but there is no need to trash someone for posting this.
where Denard rolled to the right and after he threw the ball a ND defenred ran up and smacked him in the helmet right in front of the ref. The ref was only 10 - 12 yards away. No call. It seems as though you could call their O-line for holding on just about every play the past two years with last year being worse than this year. I like to think our griping means more after a victory rather than it sounding like sour grapes after a loss. ND should be called for more penalties and NBC doesn't help when they are too busy talking about things like ND's new S & C giving them the edge in the 4th quarter rather than calling what they see in the game. I think I just threw up a little bit.
it seemed that Mich went conservative after their third touchdown. At least it seemed that way to me. Maybe the ND defense stepped up. I don't really know but it seemed like the Mich coaches and/or players relaxed a bit instead of going for the throat in the second quarter.
something we can do to get Rojo on campus. Let him play both ways. He should be good enough to see the field opposite Stonum. I remember reading something about him wanting to leave USC a few weeks ago. IIRC, ND & MSU were options. Hopefully someone has him on stalker status (sales term, joke) right now.

I'm tired of everyone giving the liveblog a free pass. If I have to listen to one more poster say things like "the liveblog was a proven winner everywhere else" then I'm going to rip one of my arms off and beat the hell out of my computer with it. No more "the liveblog just needs it's type of posters" (shoots an nasty glance at Geaux_Blue) or "look at the attrition of liveblog type posters over the last 4 - 5 years" or "we should bring in the Stanford liveblog". We as Michigan Men (and broads) deserve better.

At least for now. I'm behind him 100%. If we're running any version of the spread, there isn't a single candidate I'd rather have as our coach. There may be a few coaches like Urban and Saban that could have more success quicker but I'm not willing to sacrifice that much of my soul. If we go pro style, who could we bring in? With new scheme changes, linemen asked to become fat and slow again and a need for players with different skill sets we would almost certainly be looking at what everyone wants to avoid which is becoming the next ND or Nebraska. We're down now but I don't want to be here in five years. RR can and will get us there. I don't believe there is anyone we would hire as a coach that would win more games next year or get us back to where we want to be faster. Next year probably won't be great either. We'll make a bowl game but we'll most likely be in the bottom half of the Big 10. 2011 is what we need to look at. That gives RR four years.
