Keep being deliberately obtuse and digging that hole genius. Of course the one guy you got to agree with you is renown as being a concern troll and an admitted contrarian because he somehow sees the real truth while the rest of us are wild homers. You made a fool of yourself just back away and realize it.
I just saw that you were the genius who started the Betsy devos thread as well. So either you're even more stupid than you've already appeared or you're trolling at this point. Most likely you're just stupid though.
Why? This place is as much Of a hell hole as any other sports message board. Its ridiculous that people think this place is somehow above it all. It's the same shitty sports and political takes as anywhere else.
Dead on with this. The emotional hysteria that occurs on here by supposedly educated people is unreal. If something made me as upset as some people get on here I'd avoid that activity wholeheartedly.
So so brave fighting the good fight. Way to enlighten all of us. Cram your pushback where it belongs. You're a contrarian doofus who's just the opposite side of the coin of a homer. You're just as bad.
This team has felt special since the end of February and I just knew it in my bones that they were gonna make a deep run. They run over Florida State tonight and will Mop the floor with Loyola or K State. The only game left in question is the national title. Go Blue and I hope the team carries this to its logical conclusion which is John Beilin and his do it the right way team prevailing over those with many systemic advantages.
Lol what a clown. Michigan owns them on the court. Go slap the court some more you effing tools. Michigan is poised for a big run and sparty is poised to exit the first weekend.
If it's bothering you that much just tune out and find something else to do in the fall on Saturdays. I don't understand people like you and Why you even bother watching? What joy does it bring you? Who knows what's gonna happen next year until it happens but if a team hiring a football coach has this much of an effect on your emotions just find something else to do.
Nekromantik 1 and 2

Violent shit trilogy
Intruder (not so much disturbing as gory. Shot in Michigan in the late 80s)
Fight for your life
Maniac original 1980 version and the remake

Great movie. The director also did a good indie coming of age drama called the myth of the American sleepover that was shot in Michigan and I think some of it was shot in campus as well.
I did like it quite a bit. I've only watched it once but it was good dug the literalness of the ending. Also one of the best horror trailers of recent memory.
No carte Blanche but not to the extreme of my mother either. I have one son (he's 7) so he mainly watches kids stuff and the occasional pg film. As he gets older what he watches will probably be determined by his maturity level and readiness. Some of the stuff listed here I will never recommend to him or watch with him. If he happens to take an interest in that side of cinema that's fine but it's something he'll have to decide for himself. I keep all of the more violent and gory films I collect put away for now as I don't want them to potentially be disturbing for him.
From Larry Clark if you haven't seen kids or bully check those out. He also did a pretty steaight forward crime film called another day in paradise which is really good. His latest two were Marfa Girl and The Smell of Us. Neither were given any kind of release here in the states I think but you can find them both online.
Yep I've seen everything that Larry Clark has directed. Wassup is probably his best overall film and the least disturbing as well. Probably his only film you could recommend to someone without a warning first.
For me personally horror and violent films were forbidden in my youth due to growing up in a highly religious household where my mom wasn't into that stuff at all. It created an idea that they were forbidden and potentially dangerous. This is something that has stuck with me my whole life. I'm 36 now and have softened some there are movies that I've listed here I'd never watch again but the interest in the extremeities of cinema still exists. That said i rarely defend these films and I understand if people hate them.
I really think the verite style of kids made it more disturbing than bully but bully is so so brutal and based on a true story which takes it up a notch. Basically anything Larry Clark has done outside of wassup rockers and teenage caveman.
I wouldn't bother watching it. I live and breathe this kind of stuff write about etc and I still have only watched it once. Its just so unrelentingly grim and graphic.
A Serbian film
Catsick blues
We are the flesh
The bunny game
August underground trilogy
The Poughkeepsie tapes
The sinful dwarf
Irreversible
Happiness
Martyrs
That's a handful off the top of my head. I love horror/gore/disturbing cinema. If anyone wants any more reccomends feel free to ask. Most people would despise the above films and that's understandable though.
It means if he somehow is still alive after his 60 year federal term that he will serve 40-175 years in the state of Michigan. It is a defacto death sentence which is well deserved in this case.
