4 weeks 3 hours ago	I agree with Borges about	I agree with Borges about setting the table.  The issue that I still have is that he seemed to play right into Ohio States hands in the most critical third down sitiuations in that game.  That is not a time to call a play based on what was previously set up(I'm assuming Borges called Vincent Smith up the middle because we had previously been running play action out of that formation all day) this is the time to call your best stuff period.

9 weeks 1 day ago	Completeyly agree.  Ross is	Completeyly agree.  Ross is the most instinctive linebacker I have seen in a long time.  If you watch his OLSM tape it consists of James repeatedly diagnosing plays extremely quick and making the tackle within plus or minus 2 yards of the line of scrimmage.  That play has carried over to Michigan.  Barring injuries, he will be an All B1G linebacker and possibly an All American before his time is done at Michigan.  His NFL draft stock will never be high just because of his size but he will be an outstanding college linebacker.
9 weeks 3 days ago	The only game I think they	The only game I think they have a chance to lose(other than us) is at Cal which I believe is the 2nd game of the year and Cal gave them problems at home last year.  But even thats a stretch.  They have a very good team and a weak schedule.  They will be 11-0  when they come to the big house.  Bank on it.

10 weeks 3 days ago	Offensive Line	Looks to me as of right now...   Lewan, Braden, Miller, Kalis, Schofiel.   Good to see Kalis is ahead of Burczinski given he is so much bigger than him.  Looks like center is not solidified yet as Glasgow is also seen taking reps with the first team.  Everybody needs to not panic about the Oline, they usually take time to gel and needs lots of repetitions.
18 weeks 6 days ago	Everybody on here that is	Everybody on here that is complaining about this committment is purely a star gazer.  Just because David Cornwell is an early 4 star on rivals does not mean he is a better quarterback and also doesnt mean that Speight isnt going to end up being a top 100 player nationally when the recruiting services reavaluate.  This is Michigan and we are evolving back to a pro style offense.  Do you really think that the coaches would take a commitment from a kid at a super important position if they did not think he was a big time player?
19 weeks 3 days ago	I have been paying plenty	I have been paying plenty attention, and I call it like I see it.  Please identify one statement that I made that is not true.  There is no doubt that Hoke is a good recruiter.  The question is, is he a great one?  Thats what I want to know, and I believe 2014 will be the year we find out.  Our class this year(other than Derrick Green) is dominated by Midwest prospects.  Hoke will have to land multiple kids from outside of the midwest footprint next year in order to achieve another top 10 recruiting class.  The jury is still out on whether he can pull that off or not.

19 weeks 3 days ago	In my opinion 2014 recruiting	In my opinion 2014 recruiting will be the true test of how good this staff is at recruiting.   In 2012 the uncertainty at Ohio State helped us land a lot of good Ohio prospects and the coaches did a nice job of pulling kids from some other places.  2013 seemed to just all fall together perfectly.  The coaches got an early commitment from a top tier QB who was also a lifelong Michigan fan and he really put his recruiting hat on for us and the Dominos started falling for us that weekend of the basketball game last February.  The coaches also did a great adding some other players down the road.  2014 will be the true test.  There are 2 elite in state prospects( Harris, Mcdowell) both garnering national attention and both of them seem open to exploring their options.  The third best prospect, Damon Webb, was of course already lost to OSU.  Ohio has some good kids once again, but Ohio State is strong right now so it will be a battle for the top kids in Ohio.  With this class seemingly looking smaller than the previous two and the midwest looking a little slim on elite talent the coaches have their work cut out for them to lock up a high quality class.

19 weeks 4 days ago	Is Bama's run ever going to	Is Bama's run ever going to end? Seriously!  Saban not bolting to the NFL after 3 championships in 4 years leads me to believe he will finish his career at Alabama.  Kirby Smart could of probably had his pick of college head coaching jobs or NFL defensive coordinator jobs yet he stays at Alabama.  It seems if he is being groomed to be Saban's replacement.  The real question is how many more championships does Alabama win in the next 5 years?  I will say 3.
19 weeks 6 days ago	Just my opinion, but I think	Just my opinion, but I think Harris and Mcdowell are both a notch above Webb and not just because Webb is going to Ohio.  Harris has the size and speed combination that NFL scouts drool over.  McDowell is as explosive as they come for a 6'6 300 pound frame.

21 weeks 1 day ago	In my opinion, we have a very	In my opinion, we have a very good solid class, but it is not great.  Lack of explosive players at Defensive End, Cornerback, Wide Reciever, and Running Back(unless Green commits).  Games are won up front on the offensive and defensive lines, but to be a truly great team you need some playmakers.
