So did this topic. Sorry. Couldn't resist.

Yeah, I prefer to call them Michigan caliber. Let's not sell ourselves short.
|4 days 9 hours ago||Yep, Harbaugh was a great||
Yep, Harbaugh was a great all-around athlete and could have probably been a decent runner -- maybe not quite in the mold of a Ricky Leach, but darn good.. He was blessed, however, with the strongest, most accurate passing arm Michigan had ever seen up until that point, so Bo didn't call on him to use his feet very often.

Harbaugh is finishing up his 9th year of collegiate coaching.
As great as Saban is, he didn't win his first national championship until the conclusion of his 10th season.

It would be hard to believe Chesson was the 2015 MVP if you only saw him play in 2016.

That burst of speed seemed to be gone by the end of the season. He couldn't catch Barrett--who while servicable, is certainly no speed merchant--on Barrett's long run.

All three let the team down with big drops down the stretch.

I would have liked to have seen a timeout in OT (if we even had one) after the OSU "first down."
|1 week 5 days ago||I remember reading an article||
I remember reading an article this summer which mentioned that while ADs don't have a final say, they can put in a request to the league not to have a particular person officiate your game.

Look at the joy on the face of back judge (and admitted Ohio State fan) Kevin Schwarzel after JT Barrett's OT TD.

|1 week 6 days ago||They don't have final say||
They don't have final say obviously, but I think ADs are well within their rights to request that a particular referee not do their game. If so, our bad for not addressing this before the game instead of complaining and having it just come off as sour grapes afterwards.

Harbaugh is the hottest thing in football. The networks would have much rather seen a potential Harbaugh vs. Saban matchup down the line. Sorry, your conspiracy theory doesn't hold water.
|1 week 6 days ago||If it was strictly about the||
If it was strictly about the money, then the networks would have mandated a Harbaugh vs. Saban matchup.
|1 week 6 days ago||There was no grand conspiracy||
There was no grand conspiracy to screw over U-M. From an NCAA and, more importantly, a TV standpoint, there isn't a more appetizing matchup than Saban vs. Harbaugh.
|2 weeks 20 min ago||Might have a point if we came remotely close to playing perfect||
Everyone knew going into the game that it was going to take a near perfect game to beat OSU in Columbus. Everyone. We didn't play anywhere close to playing a perfect game. If before that game you were told Michigan would run into a kicker, fumble on the OSU one yard line, throw a pick six as well as another virtual pick six, everyone knows Michigan was going to lose that game.
