I was sitting at the bar at Damon's by Briarwood during a football weekend in the early 2010s, and started chatting with a guy who was an M fan and a ticket broker. He suggested that I check out MGoBlog, and I've been an obsessive lurker ever since.
We are arriving at lot 11B around 9:30. For folks who are driving, be sure to arrive at the campus entrance that corresponds with your parking lot. This is new this year, due to construction. Not sure if they actually enforce it, but not worth taking a chance. More info:
I actually work at the restaurant association, and this reopening guidance is currently being developed, in conjunction with public health experts. The industry will likely look different, but it will be back.
Another option if you don't want to risk selling your tickets to opposing fans is to donate them to C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. They give the tickets to parents who are there with a sick child.
Brian put me in touch with them a few years ago, and I've been giving them our extra tickets ever since. (We have season tickets, but can only attend a couple games a year.) The tax writeoff isn't as much as you would get from selling them, but it is worth it to help take a parent's mind off their kid's illness for a few hours.
I wouldn't be surprised to see PSG go through. Though I'm a Chelsea fan, so maybe I'm just hoping there was a reason for the defeat other than incompetence on the part of the Blues.
I agree on it being a pain in the ass to get out of the grassy areas. I was also there in 2010, and it took almost 2 hours to get out. So if anyone needs to make a quick escape, maybe find a different option.
That being said, the grassy area is a great place to tailgate, and walking distance to bars on campus if you want to break things up a bit.

I've wanted to try RFD for games. How early do you need to arrive to get a good seat? Or is that not a problem there?
