Player will rise and fall just like last year. Personally I don't see how anyone who say Vernon Hargreaves play in any of those events didn't have him as the top recruit in last years class.

Arizona is the rudest state I ever lived in and it ranked in the top 5 for most courteous

I'd rather have a o line coach who can coach up players than someone who recruits 4-5 stars only to have them fail miserably. The jury is still out on Funk but, after watching our O line the last few years his coaching ability is suspect at best

With he and Steele and Swett and Sword we won with just our names reminded me when i was a kid I used to nickname our defenses. i only remember 2 of the names tho Irons, Steele, Gold and Sam Sword where part of the periodic defense. At some point I just started refering to them as the Minoxidil defense. No gain with Minoxidil... I was a kid lol

Griese calling the Rose bowl to end the 97 season was an awesome moment for me. After being so profesional through the season you could hear him getting choked up after that win and his son being named mvp. Loved that
