I would agree with much of

I would agree with much of what has been said in this thread. I just moved to Seattle with in October with my girlfriend and we are loving it. It is a very cool city with lots of different neighborhoods and pockets to explore. Hopefully you like outdoor activites, because that is one of the best features of living out here. Mountains, views, trails, water sports, etc.

We live in First Hill (downtown) and love that we are so close to so much and are pretty centrally located. However, that may not be best for you. Kirkland is a nice area that I would consider for you, and Cap Hill is awesome, just really depends what vibe you want to live by. The traffic is bad and getting worse, but public transportation is pretty solid. In the mornings everyone is trying to get into the city from the North, South, and East, so keep that in mind when searching.

I did not know about Buckley's, so I will be planning on checking that out as well for Michigan games this fall! I am not a U of M grad (SAD!), but my dad is and thank God he raised me to be a huuge Michigan fan!

Looking forward to drinking some beers and watching Michigan Football with fellow MgoBloggers next weekend!

You should edit the OP so people can see that they need to click every round so they do not think they already voted as I did and many others probably are thinking. Just a humble mgobloggers opinion.

Do you guys think this is a

Do you guys think this is a move that means the coaches aren't confident in landing McQuay?  Or is there possible attrition from this class or someone on the current roster?

Gunners

As a fellow Gooner, I am upset about this...but can't say I didn't see it coming.  I agree that it sucks we have to play him and I wish we could have sold him to Juventus and not inside the EPL.  At least we were more pro-active this year than in years past, but it still sucks to lose arguably the top goal scorer in the EPL to a rival.  Hopefully we can make another move or two, not lose Song, and march towards the Chamions League....I hope.

Eagles

hopefully my Iggles draft an LB or just go with BPA.  Outside of running back and TE I wouldn't hate any position in the 2nd, and would prefer LB, S, or Corner.  Offensive Line help would be nice.  We don't have a whole lot of wholes, but I am hoping we get a big bodied WR sooner than later.

if RVP joins barca i will

if RVP joins barca i will cry, but i honestly don't think there is any way they let him walk.  not after nasri and cesc left (you bastards, i know he was in your youth system but still...damn you)

go gunners!!!!!!!!

go gunners!!!!!!!!

I think that if Urban wants

I think that if Urban wants him, he will offer him later in the process after he whiffed on his "higher ranked" kids.  He probably feels he can pull him in whenever he wants.   I will take the guy regardless of where he is from, or who his dad is because this guy looks like a good football player.  great pickup by Hoke & Co.  Welcome Mike McCray!!  GO BLUE!!!!

why the f can't we ever have

why the f can't we ever have a leter bye week? i would love to see our bye week before a bigger game than purdue.

anyone else having trouble

anyone else having trouble with the firstrowsports stream?

i cannot find it on first row

EDIT: just found it, it's all the way on the bottom.  at least that is how it is for me.

any chance we bring pharoh

Quick question.

So I am

Quick question.

So I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to hockey recruiting, etc.  But how does Michigan stack up in line with other powers?  Do we have pipelines?  Is it more internationally slanted so it is harder to build those in roads?  Also, it seems like Red Berenson likes the smaller quicker players as opposed to the bigger players (like North Dakots from last year.)  I know we seem to recruit well, but I just do not know as much about it as basketball and football.  Thanks.

What are the toughts on

What are the toughts on Grant?  Serviceable?  Sleeper? Blocker that is ok receiver?

Reeves, Wright and Dymonte

Ace, I have a couple quick questions.

Do you think that we would have a chance to land both Reeves and Wright?  Or do they both want to be the ace (no pun intended) DB recruit for this year.

And as for Dymonte, i know up to this point he has been bleeding maize and blue, and I hope that trend continues.  But do you think there is a chance he flips to osu?

great write up Ace.  is there

great write up Ace.  is there any indication of which way payton is leaning?  i know we were rumored to be in the lead but that trip to notre dame worries me.

first off, great write up

first off, great write up Ace, very informative.  for anyone in the know, what kind of shape are we in with shallman and dillard? i think they are both set to visit nd this weekend.

i haven't had the chance to

i haven't had the chance to see it yet, but did Powe say that comment about our jerseys for the nd game or about nd's jerseys?

i want to see us get hazard,

i want to see us get hazard, and hopefully cahill. we need to do something and hopefully wenger and the board are willing to spend some cash after this embarrassment

That makes sense, my

That makes sense, my apologies. Just wasn't sure what to post it as.

this is a great breakdown

this is a great breakdown Tom, we appreciate all of your work.  Of the DT's you listed, who do you think we are in the best shape with?

So from what i read last week

So from what i read last week it seems like the Brionte Dunn ship has sailed (correct?), so who would be our top targets now?  Or who would be the most likely to commit?

I think a lot of people on

I think a lot of people on here hope Wormley is going to suit up for the Maize and Blue, so please keep your ignorance to yourself.  Thanks.

Tom, do you think that LaQuon

Tom, do you think that LaQuon Treadwell is going to blow up and be a big time recruit?  around 6'3 and 190 he seems like he would be a great pick up for us.

people need to lay off of

people need to lay off of these kids. if all you do is sit around and bash 18 year old kids because of their tweets or if they are taking visits then you need a new hobby.  go buy a goldfish or something.  we all want Terry to suit up in the Maize and Blue as he is a hell of a player, but it is his decision and i can't blame the guy for wanting to go check out some other schools.

should we feel confident with

should we feel confident with Jarrod even though his last visit was to ND?

our thoughts and prayers are

our thoughts and prayers are with you Austin, the entire University of Michigan community will be praying for you and your family.

great sleeper pick up, this

great sleeper pick up, this kid looks like a beast.  for those in the know, do we think this will hurt our chances with Jarrod?

So what schools are leading

So what schools are leading for the guys in the DBP class?

this is sad, i know it is

this is sad, i know it is self inflicted but damn.. i feel bad for the guy.

Great update Tim, your work

Great update Tim, your work is much appreciated! I am with JDVan above, not that I would mind at all but this is the first i have heard about Pittman being a michigan lean.  Let's hope this is true.  Keep the commits rolling!  All of these guys would bring a lot to Ann Arbor and to the football program.  GO BLUE!!

I am really hoping we can

I am really hoping we can land Jarrod.  He seems like a real playmaker and a true Safety prospect.  Hail to the Victors, Jarrod!!

Omdre is a well spoken kid,

Omdre is a well spoken kid, and a beast on the field.  He would be a great addition to this class so hopefully we can land him.

This is a great pick up for

This is a great pick up for this class, I think he is a gifted athlete being able to play corner or safety.  I am still hoping that Morgan goes Blue to give us a great combination of T-Rich, Standifer and Morgan for years to come.  GO BLUE!!

i agree, how does that

i agree, how does that happen?  but at any rate, BRING IT HOME LADIES!! Go BLUE!!

Hey Irish, just out of

Hey Irish, just out of curiosity what site do you look at the most for your ND recruiting info?  I can never seem to find any good stuff out there.  I know we are spoiled to have Tom, Magnus, Tim, JC3, etc. But i am just genuinely interested.

hines is a good looking

hines is a good looking prospect, i am glad we offered.  Tom, where do you think we stand with Jarrod Wilson?

are we in that good of a

are we in that good of a position with reeves? i guess i just assumed that even though he kept listing us that he may end up at PSU since that is where his buddy ended up.

any of the guys mentioned in

any of the guys mentioned in this thread (T-Rich, Wright, Wilson, Reeves, and Morgan) would be welcome additions in my eyes.  Of these guys, who are the best guesses to fill out the class?

Lamarr is an obvious choice

Lamarr is an obvious choice to jump up because he is a monster, i like seeing Leon jump a little bit.  If he wasn't on that horror show of the Bengals he would be getting a lot more recognition.  And i agree about Stevie-B, one of my all time favorite Wolverines.  David Harris is a beast for the Jets as well.
