Today was my youngest son's second birthday party...I had the game on in my room, caught bits and pieces coming and going...didn't see either of the major incidents in the 3rd period...just the punches that followed. Is there any way anyone can post video? or link?

Nice to have a comfortable lead in the first half. Hope to see more of this in the next 10 games or so.

Glad it was a team that I don't care about that beat MSU. I hate rooting for teams I hate to beat other teams I hate.

Hope the Hockey Team has shaken their demons. Hope the Basketball team keeps the momentum alive. Go Blue!

I wanted to try to stay positive about Borges...but I admit I was silently hoping for something like this. Now...to scroll through upvoting everyone.

I have been a fan of the Wolverines since I was small child, thanks to my awesome Dad. My fandom was never called into question until about 4 years ago, the first time I was ever called a Walmart Wolverine. I chose to enlist after high school, and am 15 years into my military career. I was stunned. Never had I felt so sick about something so, in reality, trivial.
I try very hard to represent the Michgan fanbase with class whenever wearing Michigan clothes, which is pretty much 50% of the time (the other 50% being metal t-shirts)...lol. It is a lot like trying to represent our country with dignity and honor while in uniform. That is level of dedication I have given to being a fan of the Wolverines. I grew up in Ohio, damn it. My fandom was forged in fire.
Things like this post are warming to the heart. Thanks for sharing it.
Either way, looking into online classes through Flint to finish my BAS before my military retirement...gonna need to get a good job...

Thank you for your good work Sir
|18 weeks 4 days ago||for me...||
These 1530 games have been rough on me...that is like 2330 (where I am) kickoff and I have to get up to head to work at 0500...that is usually only about 2.5 hours after the game ends. I randomly wake up in the night to check the score. Indiana score-fest was a rough night. Noon kickoffs work just fine for me.
Go Blue! Beat MSU.
Where I work, everyone has their 3x5 nylon flags hanging up in support of their teams. Florida, Oklahoma, YTUSC, NNTUSC, Texas, Northern Colorado(!), 2 tOSU flags, including my Commander who sometimes wears his buckeye flag as a cape. My Superintendant has a Nebraska flag. There is another officer here who is a MSU grad. He sports an upside down split M instead of an MSU flag. Typical. I brought my silk Michigan flag, and it is by far the nicest flag in here.

I am still a hardcore Michigan fan...but a VERY rational one with a multi-season view point...hopefully this will be a season of improvement and preparation for bigger things. We will lose a few in the season...but hopefully win a bowl game to give the off-season a good taste. Go Blue.
2014 is the year? ... and 2015 too?

Now I can exhale. Missed you, Mr. The Knowledge...but you knew that already. I predict Michigan 42, Minnesota 12. Hope in one hand...
|25 weeks 5 days ago||wow||
I just moved to OKC about a year ago. This ought to get interesting. The cfb fans here are a differnent breed. I've already been asked if I am a Sooner fan yet. I said, "No, I already have a team that I have been obsessed with since I was 5...thank you." The person then insisted that I would become a Sooner fan in no time. No progress on that. osu fans here aren't much different, except they (in my experience) are even less informed about the sport. It wouldn't surprise me if many fans remained completely unaware of the scandal.
This will get interesting.

I just remember them saying that if they put him in on offense, it wouldn't be as a decoy...he would get the ball

So glad I am not the only one waging a war on toys in the yard. My oldest is starting to be much more helpful picking them up...put is becoming resentful that the others suck at picking up after themselves. Parenthood. Have a great weekend! Go Blue!

When it first got posted I couldn't find any details on it except at Bucknuts. ulgh...
The only thing they are saying is that the Michigan staff has no class. U of M has no class. Michigan players have no class.
|38 weeks 4 days ago||horseshoe (worst)||
When I was 14 in 1994, my good friend Mark, who is a Buckeye fan from a Buckeye family, invited me to see the Buckeyes mutilate Houston. My first trip to the Horseshoe. I wore a white shirt and khakis. Black socks and Michigan boxers. My view was partially blocked by a pillar. There were advertisements everywhere. The people were rude and vulgar. They were still taunting the Houston team during the 4th quarter, when the third string was in. We had Donato's pizza for dinner after the game. Not interested in going back to Columbus for a football game. Would not take my wife and four kids. Would even pick Camp Randall over the Horseshoe if forced.

I am building a monument dedicated to this comment at the entrance to the Modswood near my modest keep as tribute. This comment won my corner of the internets just now.
|40 weeks 1 day ago||I tried to get tickets...||
...but they were ridiculous. Have to buy tickets for 5 games and it is about $150.
Also, Killswitch Engage is playing at the Ballroom in Oklahoma City, so I was considering that as well. Game day is here and I have decided to celebrate my Birthday at home with the wife and kids.
Go Blue. I will watch softball on TV for free.

Henne put a little too much into the pass...if I remember correct, Jake Long was not prepared to jump 2 inches to catch it. Otherwise he could have steam rolled to a first down or touchdown
