i predict the good guys win by 17, hunter hangs 24 on them, and brooks drains 4 threes.  i'll take the under on 3 marley references, but there will be multiple comments about a hair battle between the two starting point guards.  tie breaker = johns will make more free throws than field goals.  go blue

i started watching the highlight reel and instantly thought of anthony carter.  something about the high socks and running style.  i figured i'd log in and share this groundbreaking discovery with you all.  oh well... back to lurking mode.  go blue

just dipped my toes into the rcmb waters for the first time.  i was curious about what the reaction to this was, and potentially get some insight on it's validity.  needless to say, that place is a dumpster fire of conspiracy theories and denial.  what i gleaned from the adventure = blackwell's legal efforts are funded by the university of michigan, the recruiting pics are photoshopped, the claims of institutional racism are a big joke to them, and a dose of schadenfreude.  i'm so glad this board behaves in much more mature and thoughtful manner.  i'm a proud alumni, wolverine athletics fan, and lurker of this fine site.  go blue

for all the shea haters of previous weeks.... imagine having lewerke as your best option.

i'm watching it as well.  as much as i think teams should go for it on 4th down (and so do many number crunchers), i wouldn't have there.  but... rice misses the field goal and proves one of their points

routing for the raptors, but durant is the only warrior i enjoy to watch play.  if he plays amazing tonight then he was clearly sandbagging, and that is not very professional.  decent setup for good drama either way.

obviously his health is a huge variable.  maybe an even bigger variable is that he hasn't played in over a month.  it seems like a lot to ask for a guy to just jump right in with the insane intensity of playoff basketball, let alone dominate.  it would be a great story to see a durant led comeback, but i highly doubt it.  he scores 24 points and toronto wins tonight.

voted.  it will be interesting to see her progression in the sport.  the leader in the poll had a pretty good showing as well

Hannah Hollister, Jr., Corunna

  • Hollister collected three state titles in the Division 2 championships. She won the 300-meter hurdles in 44.12, then two events later, took first place in the 200 dash (25.26). She also ran the anchor leg on Corunna’s winning 4x100 relay team (49.56). She also finished third in the 100 hurdles (14.75). All of her times were school records.

Thanks to this thread, I'm going to watch the Pistons tonight for the first time since....  not sure.  Checked the standings and we are 3.5 games ahead of 9th place Orlando.  The Pistons have 19 games left in the regular season (including tonight).

i'm down with the positivity.  i'm also down for an ohio state and notre dame lose to round out the evening.

It would be fantastic if he wins the Heisman.  It would be even more fantastic if we beat Ohio State.  I can't imagine having one without the other.

i understand your thought

i understand your thought process, but after that cheap shot in the game last year... they can keep him.

one big ten game starting at

one big ten game starting at noon.  wtf?  that game just happens to be a shitshow that has made me nauseous.  thanks delany.

bowling green is terrible and

bowling green is terrible and should be winning.  many open receivers missed and dropped passes.  state will be lucky to get to 3 wins again.

that airball by bridges is

that airball by bridges is going to cost them the game.  it's a shame after such a stellar performance.  i normally wouldn't praise a spartan, but is he really a spartan?  one and done for sure - and rightfully so

in beilein's postgame

in beilein's postgame interview he said the back wasn't a big thing, and that mo would have played if dj wasn't defending so well.  no mention of walton.  wished someone would have asked.

based on what i just saw on

based on what i just saw on espn, i'm not hopeful that he plays.  grimmaced on the follow through and didn't raise his left arm to catch the flip from his catcher.  now, if these reports are from folks at the game...  yippie!

while seeing sparty burnout

while seeing sparty burnout is fun, houston losing is a potenially big deal for us down the line

I agree

while he hasn't matched preseason expectations as far ball security, he has led us to victory.  At this point i feel like a 4-1 record and being ranked trumps mediocre qb play.  for us to keep winning will require him to step it up though.  i'm more worried about us being able ot run the ball against some of our future opponents.
