I think he'll end up at USC like pretty much everyone else does, but I've said it before and I'll say it again: I think Michigan is the one school that could give him second thoughts. They have been the only non-USC/UCLA constant during his entire recruitment. Coach Hoke has recruited him before he even came to Michigan. I remember Greg Biggins at Scout mentioning something along these same lines before as well. Not trying to get anybody's hopes up. Just saying that I agree that he can't be 100% sure if he's taking a cross-country trip for an unofficial visit and that Michigan has potential. |

He was offered by Auburn yesterday. That was an offer he mentioned wanting to me when we talked a few weeks ago. I don't know how great Michigan's chances are with him, especially after that offer. EDIT: Didn't realize the guy with the pizza avatar already pointed that out. My fault. That pizza looks yummy btw. |

When I talked with him yesterday, I was surprised that he said he wanted to take his time. I have to take him at his word though. I've been in contact with Eldridge almost longer than any other recruit, and he always talked about Michigan, LSU and USC being the three schools he really wanted offers from, with USC being sort of a "dream school" that the OP referred to. Not surprised that it turned out this way. |

It's very early, as Brian pointed out in the UV yesterday, but Michigan should be in it for three of these kids for sure (Peppers, Prince and McDowell). All three have expressed a relatively high interest at this point. |

Last Tuesday, I talked with Jabrill (who coincidentally found out about his offer five minutes after we got off the phone) and he said he grew up rooting for Michigan and that his favorite players were Mike Hart and Mario Manningham. He called an offer from Michigan "a dream come true". They'll be in it for him for sure. |
