I'm not sure, but this has been my assumption for a long time. If there were a test that could determine how long that marijuana has been in your system, it would fall in with the use of alcohol.
Because marijuana stays in your system for 30 days (roughly) and the test can't determine whether it was ingested 3 days or 3 hours ago, it has to be a zero tolerance.
Or there are newer tests that I'm not aware of that do exactly what I just claimed couldn't be done.

I don't do drugs at all, but I understand the employers' point of view. Many of them, for quality purposes or liability purposes don't want people who use drugs to work at their company.
They have that right as well. They're not telling you that you can't smoke pot if you want to. They're just telling you that they don't want you to work for them - if you're going to smoke pot.
As a company, don't they have that right?

It really is that easy to say no to the Mary Jane. Just put the pipe down.
And this kid does have that option. He knew the NFL combine was the biggest job interview he would ever have. He knew they would drug test him while he was there. He still failed that drug test.
I think it says more about his intelligence and decision making abilities than anything else. It was just dumb.

Did he say you're a pleb for doing what you're told??? I agree with you. I've also been employed and I've also been self-employed.
OK, kids, pay attention. If you're going to take the man's money, you've got to take the man's rules.
If you dont' like it, get the fuck out.

Thanks for posting. I love seeing these videos, but I get so much more anxious for the season to start. I gotta get to that point to where I can just enjoy the ride. It probably won't come until after the spring game.
This is how I feel after every one of these videos.

There are also networking opportunities. A kid might attend one of these camps that won't get an offer from Michigan, but Michigan might be able to recommend him to a coach at Central or Western.
Regional schools be damned.

Why should he hold anything back? I think it's safe to say that his dad and Bo were his role models in coaching. I can't remember his dad's demeanor on the sideline, but Bo would lose it once in a while.
I'm really looking forward to seeing JMFH on the sidelines.

I wish he'd taken his probation more seriously. He had an opportunity here that's been taken away for a length of time TBD.
He messed up. Now, let's hope he learns from this mistake.

Right. It's like saying "You broke a rule, so we're suspending you. But it's a stupid rule, so we're still going to pay you.". Enjoy your time off.

Thanks for the link. Not to nitpick, but...
What should I title my threads?
Please make your thread titles as informative as possible: "Justin Feagin" is bad. "Justin Feagin leaving the team?" is good.

I'm a Lions fan and I'm glad they didn't commit the money to him. He's a great DT, but the team's salary cap isn't in great shape. Signing Suh to that kind of deal would've made it worse - too top heavy.
Good luck to him. Hopefully, the Lions will spread out what Suh would've earned here.

|3 weeks 6 days ago||I'll give you my 2 cents.||
I'll give you my 2 cents. This is in response to jmblue as well. Dentists, PhD's, DPM's, Optometrists - I don't mind calling any of them doctor. I work with some of them and commonly refer to them in that way.
However, if one of them insisted that I address them as doctor, I would 100%, without fail, address them as Podiatrist or Optometrist (EX: Excuse me, Podiatrist Jones, do you think the patient has neuropathy?) It's odd, but in a weird sense more accurate and more widely accepted than addressing them as doctor.
When I was in the military, I was the same way. I referred to the officers as Sir (there were no women at my command). However, if I ever made a mistake of addressing an officer appropriately, it was rarely a big deal. We did have a junior officer for a while that was quite dick-ish. When he insisted on being addressed as an officer, I insisted on addressing him by his rank, which at the time was Ensign. Because he was the type of person he was, he took this as a back-handed compliment.
This has stuck with me since then. Respect the person, not the title.

Whenever two guys would square off "I'm gonna fucking kill you" was a common phrase.
