I know craft beers are all the rage these days, and enjoy trying new ones on occasion, but sometimes it seems like there's a competition on these threads to come up with the most obscure beers you can find to drink. Maybe it's just me...
Is where the lawsuit starts referring to him as "heralded wide receiver Pierre Garcon." Lol. Who the hell does he think he is, Jerry Rice? He may be an ok player, bit one thing he is not, is heralded.
I never saw this coming. I've never heard of any negative off the ice stuff before about him and I know he's done a lot of charitable events in the Chicago area. Something needs to happen with the team though, with as much talent as they have to not be winning more consistently.
Hopefully your medical team is able to come up with a long term solution for what ails you. Nothing worse than getting a runaround or half-hearted solutions in regard to ongoing medical issues.
$3.50 more than that a year to any coach who can get us back to the promised land...you know in case he has to loan money to the God damn Loch Ness monster.
If Lewis isn't the most complete CB we've had in years, I don't know who is. Given his overall game experience, he is leaps and bounds above where most of our DB's have been in recent years.
My gimmick would be that I would wear combat boots at all times. In shorts, with track pants, in a suit, etc. And I would low crawl to Michigan, from GA where I'm stationed...
I'd be willing to throw my hat in the ring. Let's see I have a handful of years coaching little league baseball and no experience coaching football. I have been in the military 15+ years and know something about discipline, hard work, accountability and accomplishing the mission no matter what.
I have a feeling that if we beat them somewhat comfortably or worse, the announcers will be handing out back handed compliments all game, basically inferring that if the 5 weren't suspended, we'd be losing.
Just to be clear I hope this kid makes the best decision for himself, wherever that may be. But as a parent of two boys who both play sports year round, I feel lucky if I can even make to half of their games which are all local. He will play half of his schedule away from NC every year if he chooses to go there. I think it's a little overbearing at this point in his life for his parents to say you can go to school and play football anywhere you want as long as it's within an hour from home. NC State is no where near as good of a school academically or as a football program. The kid by all accounts really likes UM, and that should be where he goes if it's his preference. Mom and dad aren't footing the bill, he's essentially paid for school himself with maintaining good grades and having elite athletic talent. This is potentially shaping up to be a reverse McDowell situation with some geographic separation.
He's probably like that one kid we all knew in high school that was pretty good at everything but not exceptional at anything. A good enough athlete to contribute on several varsity sports but not a major D-1 athlete.
That schools like Bama and Ohio can't just send out offers to the top 100 ranked kids and wait for 25 or so of them to commit? I love this idea. Pelini did also mention that coaching changes before the kid gets to school would be an exception to being locked in to a commitment. ESPN would shit a brick if NSD went away and that makes my heart happy.

How much would it take to hire Tom just to coach the OSU game and go from there? Money is no object...
My 8 yr old son had a 40 yd rushing TD on a sweep. Broke threes tackles on the way to the endzone! Oh and Go Blue!
