Not the best situation for Denard or Borges to be in. You can not think that Borges won't do whatever he thinks is best for the team and gives them the best shot at winning on Saturdays. The OP question was hypothetical and I agree that if Denard is not able to throw the ball with complete accuracy then Gardner is our best option at QB and Denard as another skill player gives us the best chance to win the remaining games.
Since most experts are expecting NFL teams to look at Denard for a WR position, Borges putting him at WR or RB will showcase his true abilities, helping Denard's future.
