|2 weeks 1 day ago||I'll admit, I wanted him gone earlier in the year||
He has done a tremendous job in the second half of the season and this team has truly come together the last few weeks. I still hate some of the dumb losses, but whoever got Zak Irvin to come out of his shell - Kudos.
GO BLUE!! Final Four Baby!
|3 weeks 5 days ago||Your wife will be my prayer tonight||
I wish you all the strength and comapassion I can. I can neither imagine, nor fathom the stress and pain you are going through. Trust that God is there for you and your family and he will give you the strength to bear this burden. Lean on him and family and friends.
God speed to you and your family. May he hold you close and comfort you all during this trying time.

of the Men's basketball Selection Committee??? WTF. That explains a lot. No wonder MSU gets the seeds they get. If they get in this year, with the shit show they have, someone needs to cry foul about this.
I have been hearing about the Nassar case for a while now on the local news and I see MLive is not exposing the football situation at all. MLive seems to be paid under the table to NOT report on big stories if they are local. They have ignored potentially big scandals in Jackson for many years.

My mom died from the lasting effects of Stage 3 throat cancer. Sad to say UM hospital wanted/needed research back in 1988 and suggested a massive removal of every from the base of her tongue all the way to her esophagus and that she would eat through a tube for the rest of her life.
She found a Dr at St. Joseph's Hospital in Ypsi that shrunk the tumor with Chemo and radiation and then removed it. After a LOOONNNGGG recover period she was able to eat and talk agin. Only to pass away away at 53 years old on March 3 of 1990. I found her dead on her bedroom floor when I returned home from work late that night.
Drinking and smoking WILL kill you eventually.
Again, all the best to Coach Snyder.

REALLY????? Did Zenner have any running lanes. What was his rushing total 38 yards. As a team they rushed for 49 yards on 15 carries. They couldn't get any first downs. This offense is pathetic. They can't block or catch. They are as bad as they have always been. Knowing them they draft a receiver. They need two tackles and a guard right now.
|11 weeks 2 days ago||You can bitch about the refs and the calls||
all you want, The Lions are losing because they can't block, tackle or catch the ball. 203 yards of offense in the NFL is pathetic.
It is true the Lions get no respect from the league, but the organization as a whole continues to screw themselves. Why give that terrible coach an extension BEFORE the playoffs. This team is never prepared to play and has never had a decent offensive line in my 52 years. Barry Sanders made them look better than they were because he was the GOAT.
Look at Dallas, they win becuase they have a great offensive line. OMG Detroit sucks at all professional sports this year
|11 weeks 2 days ago||PLease move out of Michigan to Vegas or somewhere||
else, anywhere else
|11 weeks 2 days ago||The Detroit Lions are worst||
FUCKING ORGANIZATION IN PROFESSIONAL SPORTS. My god, how can you suck so bad, so often every time you get the chance to prove that you're better than what everyone says you are????? FUCKING PATHETIC!!!
|11 weeks 4 days ago||warmer weather, very little actual school,||
and bagmen, tough to compete against that. SEC schools see football as a religion and wininng at all costs is expected. The NCAA looks the other way down south. The high horse of :"doing it the right way" more or less means we won't be able to keep up. Can't get close or even when Saban signs 6 or 7 5-star players every season.
|11 weeks 4 days ago||thanks to the NCAA either you cheat or you lose||
pay the kids under the table or you don't get the 5-stars. AS long as this continues Bama will win 2 out of every 3 NCs
|12 weeks 2 days ago||See what happens when you don't have the refs||
in your back pocket.
And, well they don't have the talent to play with Clemson or Bama. We might be better than OSU, but we didn't look great last nigth either. And the B1G looks like shit again in bowl games. The ESS-EEE-SEE chants will start firing up soon.
|13 weeks 1 day ago||I received a Champion Heather Gray MIchigan Fleece||
jacket and a Navy Jumpman Michigan Football T-shirt
I gave my brother a hand painted matte fnish mini helmet done by an MGoblogger from Ebay - High quality stiff (I have one as well)
|14 weeks 3 days ago||rob f - I added some to your cause||
Having been a dog owner my entire life, they simply make life better. Glad to contribute. Good luck and Merry Christmas and of course GO BLUE!
|16 weeks 2 days ago||The Committee want to have one team that can||
at least play with Bama for the 1st half, and that team is Clemson. OSU would get destroyed by Bama. Washington would also. Clemson has the horses to make it a high scoring game for a while.
If they justify us over Washington they would. If Colorado would have won, we would be in.
Losing two of our last three hurt us significantly. Beating Iowa would have us at No. 3
|16 weeks 2 days ago||A couple of things can't happen||
1. Ped State can't jump us, after losing 49-10.
2. We can't jump Washington after they beat Colorado more decisively than we did.
a. I know Washington's OOC is 127th in the country
the final tally will be:
6. Ped State
|16 weeks 2 days ago||Unless we recruit like Saban and Meyer do||
and use Saban's tactics (scholarships are one-year contracts) and strat pulling 3-4 5-star recruits every year, it's going to be tough to do what they have done.
Saban has 6 1st round draft picks on that team this year, SIX!! We don't have the proximity to those types of 5-star athletes. And kids consider weather a major factor now. The cold in November is a thing.
OSU gets the vast majority of top talent from Ohio and we get the best from Michigan for the most part. The problem there is state of Ohio has much better football than Michigan does.
I know we recruit nationally, but those 5-star kids are expecting the NFL down the road and currently they see Saban and Meyer as the best way to get there.
Losing to Iowa has kept us out of the playoff, so we can't make the statement we need to make. We need to dominate FSU in the Orange Bowl and prove we can get kids to the League.

cannot come back to this thread.
|17 weeks 2 days ago||The refs screwed us, Speight had three turnovers||
HArbaugh lost his cool. These are all facts and they are indisputable. The one thing I just can't understand is even with us having 43 seniors (next year will be rough), them losing 18 starters to NFL, graduation etc, and them being all underclassmen, they still have better athletes and are a better team than we are. And by that I mean, they made the plays when they needed to and they got out of trouble when they had to - see Samuel's crazy run and Barrett last few runs.
Everything was set u for us to win, they missed two chip-shot field goals, we overcame three turnovers and two STUPID penalties to still have the lead late in the game, yet we can't hold on.
Cursed? I would say yes. The death of Bo still hangs over this program.
Why do the cheaters (Bama, SEC and OSU) always seem to to come out on top.
|17 weeks 2 days ago||We need a better QB in crunch time||
and better pay-calling. Only one time did a peppers play work on offense. That needs to go away. And Speight just wasn't very good. The oline didn't give the RBs any where to run.
Granted we were in it to the end, but just not good enough at crunch time. It's not much of a rivalry losing 12 of 13.
|17 weeks 2 days ago||Speights three turnovers didn't help, but||
the officiating late in the game was terrible. Not calling pass intereference on our 3rd down was so obvious and the simple physics of the 4th down play by Barrett was just as obvious. The angle from beyond the line of scrimmage show Barret ran into his own man and the ball bounced off his lineman's ass and that ass was short of the line to gain. The physics are simple.
We didn't play well enough in the fourth quarter and never ahould have gotten to that point, but to have replay from multiple angles and still get it wrong is inexcusable.
|17 weeks 3 days ago||Ball was tipped by blitzer.||
Ball was tipped by blitzer. We'll be fine
|17 weeks 3 days ago||Chill out . Need to be aggressive||
Well be fine
|17 weeks 3 days ago||IF Speight starts and plays and the O line plays like they are||
Capable of, we win this game. The defense will do their job. The offense has to not turn it over and not have 3 and outs. Michigan will win. Go Blue!
|17 weeks 3 days ago||For all of you suffering from the last eight years of what||
Might have been, imagine for a second that the seven years before Harbaugh got here never happened and we went from Lloyd's last year to last year. Would still think we don't have a chance??? I think the pre-Harbaugh years have colored many people's beliefs in this team and program. OSU struggles with non-spread teams and they have not seen a defense like ours. Not only can we win this, we Will win this one.
|17 weeks 4 days ago||UM 27, osu 16||
OSU is exposed for their weaknesses and flaws after finally playing against a real defense and DeVeon Smith has his best game as a wolverine, much like Touchdown Tim B. did back in the day.
It will be a GLORIOUS Meeechigan victory and Bo and Bob Ufer will be watching from football's Valhalla with smiles on their faces because "they do wrap fish in yesterday's newspapers . . . The players have 60 minutes of football and a lifetime to remember."
|17 weeks 4 days ago||Speight is injured, but not to the extent that has been||
reported. Him not playing in the Indiana game and and the broken collarbone story were all drummed up to distract OSU and get them to focus on more than Speight.
Speight will start, will play at least 80% of the game and HOPEFULLY Peppers doesn't do the wildcat thing tomorrow. It's an old trick that doesn't work anymore. Put him in the slot or use on Jet sweeps or even bubble screens, but not as a RB.
|17 weeks 6 days ago||I need a wall to run through||

This is great stuff. Part of the college experience. Props to you and your fellow pranksters.
|18 weeks 1 day ago||I, for one have faith in the coaches, the players||
And the game plan. Harbaugh and Co. Know more about the players and what works best. I'm sure Harbaugh wants nothing more than to win this game. That is enough for me. GO BLUE! BEST OHIO STATE!
|18 weeks 1 day ago||It seems OSU struggles with non spread||
Offenses. If the QBs don't turn it over and the oline can protect and open some running lanes, the game is a toss up. If our QB play is poor and we can't run the ball, it will be a long day.
