despite losing 2/3 of last years team to the pros and graduation. He is a quality coach as much as I hate to admit it. Over the same time period, he has a better record than Saban, that's saying something
|4 weeks 5 days ago||tough!||
he dusted off the INT on his first pass and played well and got ROCKED yesterday and shook it off to have a good game by the end
|4 weeks 5 days ago||Speight staying calm and playing thru the injury was good||
to see. We'll be fine. The most amazing thing was Antonio Brown's one-handed catch on the back of the OU player was just sick (as much as it pains me to type that).
Honorable mention goes to Lamar Jackson of Louisville, that young man is crazy fast and good. It won't translate at the next level at QB, but oh my, he's Denard with height and passing skills
|4 weeks 5 days ago||Wow!!! really, have you been watching???||
Colorado has some serious speed and some good athletes. You can't win every game by 40+. Yes the middle was open and yes their receivers beat us 1-1 several times. We shored it up and ended up winning by 17. Their QB was beating us, but we started getting to him and we won the game.
If Peppers plays more in coverage and less overall disrupter the middle would be less open, but that could come at a cost too. Wait until everyone is healthy and we play a couple of road games. Give the D a chance to gel with the new coordinators plans. Geez!!!!
|4 weeks 5 days ago||If you base it on who would beat who(m)(?)||
1. OSU (Bama doesn't handle spread teams well
2. Alabama (Defense is suffocating against all but Chad Kelly)
3. Louisville (Speed, Speed, Speed, and Lamar J.)
4. Stanford (they would know Harbaugh tendancies)
5. Michigan (with our 3 starters out, doing pretty well)
6. Clemson (Nothing really impressive except Watson)
7. Houston (Potential, but didn't impress against Cincy)
8. MSU (Dantonio has a solid rep now with the D, but they stopped playing last nite)

as evenly mtached middling teams and VT and Tennessee at BMS will interesting for two reasons - proof that it was a horrible idea to play a game there and that Tennessee will lose and another SEC team proves to be a fraud.
Other than that, yeah it's crap

May God bless your daughter, all of her shipmates and every member of the military serving this great country. And God Bless the USA. and GO BLUE!!!!

for the most golf holes per capita of any county in the country. There was a county in FL that overtook Jackson and never looked back.
Jackson has lost a couple of course since then, but a lot more people. the tax base is so low that the roads are more like obstacle courses now. I think it's a matter of time before the Grande is sold because they can't charge those rates in this small town and survive. There are too many cheaper alternatives.
Heck the Country Club of Jackson is struggling with membership, I think in 3-5 years it will go public too.
|24 weeks 4 days ago||Brian Stuard is from Napoleon, just SE of Jackson||
and north of Brooklyn (MIS) by 3-5 miles.
I listened to the playoff on PGA Tour radio at work and was thrilled for him. Brian doesn't hit the ball very far (by today's standards), but he apparently has a pretty good short game and if I heard right, didn't make a bogey for the last 53 holes of the event.
|24 weeks 4 days ago||I live in Jackson and play Cascades every Sunday morning||
I have to disagree with you though on The Grande being the best course in town. It has gone down hill severly over the last few years and the prices are outrageous. A yearly membership is now $1900, twilight during the week for 9 holes is $30! There are stones in the bunkers and the greens are always so beat up.
For my money, I'd rather play Calderone Farms. It is the most interesting course in town and it's a fair price. I play my league golf at Arbor Hills, which used to be a country club. It has the narrowest fairways I have ever played and very thick rough.

Nothing is given and he has to earn this. A 4-shot lead might have felt too comfortable tomorrow afternoon. He will come out focused. It will be a great day.

What kind of dumb do you have to be to stand that close to an explosive?
I am a gun owner and fully support someone's right to LEGALLY own a firearm, but what kind of rifle was that. Certainly seemed like an assault-type weapon to me.
Forrest Gump was right!

Actually on Glen Lake, less than one mile from Lake Michigan. But that area is pure Heaven.
Saugatuck is where my wife and I got married on a 55-foot yacht with family and friends right on Lake, MI We go back every year for our Anniversary and stay the Ship & Shore. Great little town. Holland is nice also. I really like South Haven. Best breakfasts around at the Phoenix Street Cafe.
Sutton's Bay is gorgeous as well with the best vinyard called Black Star Farms
Ludington is pretty cool. Great pizza in St. Josephs

on offense. We haven't looked very good the last couple of games.
|37 weeks 1 day ago||I figure he's gonna fix the MSU/OSU||
scheduling thing. Brandon was an ass and scheduling snafu was all his fault. Hackett is undoing everything Brandon did and UM is rising back to the top. Adding ND back is fine with me. Itwas a nationally recognized game. Read End Zone and you'll see the stats about the ND rivalry. GO BLUE!

fills many needs and with great qulaity kids. Only regfreet is we let a couple of OL get away and we need them. That's the only low light of the day

don't get your hopes up

Hill is looking very green. Wearing MSU gear at school today
|38 weeks 2 days ago||We have all wanted teams like Bama and OSU||
from a talent standpoint, but with UM character kids. That might be tough to balance. What isn't hard to understand is this isn't Bo, Bear and Woody's recruiting landscape. Kids want to get all the attention and "be no.1" wherever they go. You have to cater to them to a point. The main thing is, this is a business and the coaches are paid crazy money to WIN. Yeah, the administration wants to "keep it clean", but there is a nod and a wink in the process. As the OP said, to keep up with Saban and Meyer you have to do it differently. I have no issues with Harbaugh or his way of doing things. If we want to compete for National championships, there will be some pain and uncomfortable times along the way. No one of the kids have been harmed and they will end up on their feet. Get on the bus or get out of the way.

Comfortably Numb. The greatest guitar solo ever and one of the top 5 bands of all time.
|38 weeks 4 days ago||I neverliked the comparisons with Brady||
For some reason Manning seems to be considered the better QB. I don't see it. No one has done more with less around him than Brady.
That being said, Manning seems like a really good guy. I root against him only because I think Brady is better. I wanted Cam and the Panthers to roll Manning in the SB, after reading that letter and thinking over, maybe not.
I like the Nationwide ads and the Pap Johns ads. I thought the ones with him and Eli were funny. I don't know, I guess he's okay, but Woodson was better! GO BLUE!!!

Dreams within a dream, within a dream, within a dream, within a dream. That's five levels and I rarely get to REM sleep. This is seriously fucked up!

So you think darkness is your ally?
I seem to be in it cuz I have no idea what is going on! I have no issues with WD, it seems more like random posters want to start something out of boredom.
It's worse than 'crootin'

I ever bought. One of my favorite bands. The celebs are dying at an alarming rate lately.
|40 weeks 3 hours ago||My mom had Stage III or IV throat cancer||
she went to UM hospital where they told her they were going to cut out everything from her esophogus to the base of her tongue and she would eat through a tube for the rest of her life. She said no way and went to St. Joseph's Hospital in Ypsi and found an Oncologist that shrunk the tumor with chemo and radiation and then surgery to remove it. She was cancer free for a couple of years, but then I came home from work one night and I found her dead on the bedroom floor. She had passed several hours before I got home.
The autopasy performed at the hospital here in Jackson lost the tissue samples and never gave me a cause of death. They called it "natural causes". She was 53, I was 25. They said years of smoking and drinking caused it. She did a lot of both.
Cancer sucks ballz!
Hopes and prayers for Mort.

The satisfaction of a victory in Spartan Stadium would be amazing. I have no interest in ever going to Columbus. They treat Michigan fans so badly, why go. If I am going to watch my team play, why endure the hate and abuse you get from the savages in C-Bus?
