FWIW. Michigan doesn't seem inclined to get re-involved.

Maybe the 90-91 team that went 14-15
|20 weeks 1 day ago||Zach Gibson||
Zach Gibson, Dugan Fife, and James Voskuil.
|26 weeks 6 days ago||Kelly Johnson||
Kelly Johnson also worked on the design of the Lockheed Electra while at Michigan. This was the plane Amelia Earhart used on her around the world flight attempt. The SR-71 is still holds world records and was revolutionary for its time. His U-2 is still in service after several upgrades to electronics.

That's great news. Each day should continue to get better. Just try to follow the Dr's instructions,
|28 weeks 2 days ago||Just||
I just double checked 2 sites off google one stated MDMA 1-3 days ( main ingredient in ecstasy) the other 2-5 days, so to fail he would have a narrow window before or after the game to test posits short of being a heavy, heavy user.
|28 weeks 2 days ago||Surprised||
I'm surprised it even showed up on a urine drug test. Having helped a friend get off ecstasy it only typically stays in system for 48-72 hours saying the basement chemist didn't load it with meth. Basically unless he was a chronic user it would be clear within 3 days 4 tops.
|28 weeks 3 days ago||Then include Florida's||
Then when you include Florida's 2 that's 5 of the 7 between just 2 teams.

It's Friday and it's my birthday so that seems to be a pretty good start. Have a great Friday everyone.
|34 weeks 4 days ago||See UCLA||
They have started a true freshman at right tackle to go along with 2 RS freshman in the interior line. So yes other teams can start freshman offensive lineman and be successful with them.
|34 weeks 4 days ago||Well please explain||
If it is just young offensive lineman please explain UCLA's success playing 3 freshman 1 sophomore and a junior. They were able to provide lanes for a running game and adequate pass protection. Other teams are able to overcome youth. It is a coaches job to put the players they have in a position to succeed and Al Borges is failing to do that.
|34 weeks 4 days ago||Thank you||
I too am tired of the "youth" excuse, I remember watching UCLA a few games ago when the announcer mentioned they were playing 3 freshman, 1 sophomore and 1 junior on their oline and they actually got a push and allowed for a running game and provided pass protection.
|34 weeks 5 days ago||Really?||
Really you are going to refer to Devin "as too stupid to throw the ball away", we do not need fans like you who refer to our quarterback as too stupid. Devin graduated in 3 1/2 years so I doubt intelligence is the issue, how about a total failure by his position coach to coach him.
|34 weeks 6 days ago||Please||
Please fire Borges, he is one of the worst coordinators in all of college football.
|37 weeks 2 days ago||Love your glass half||
Love your glass half full optimism, but other teams start redshirt freshman and it doesn't look like the movie "Necessary Roughness" an example the UCLA vs Oregon game the kept mentioning UCLA starting 3 freshman on the o- line.. I believe in Hoke I just have to call a spade a spade and the offensive coaching is not putting the players in a position to succeed.
|37 weeks 2 days ago||Did a quick google search||
And it shows nothing for any injury to Patrick Kugler. My guess is he's just redshirting, adding muscle and learning how to whiff a block effectively. (blocking) /s
|37 weeks 5 days ago||Watching the UCLA vs Oregon game||
The announcers were saying that UCLA was starting 3 true freshman on the offensive line and they sure seemed better than the performance our offensive line put up against PSU and MSU. So I guess it is possible to have serviceable young offensive lineman.
|42 weeks 2 days ago||I was also at that game||
The 1986 game was my first time going to a Michigan game I was 11. The next time I saw Minnesota at the Big House was the 2005 game. I have personally banned myself from attending Michigan vs. Minnesota football games. The one thing I remember about the 1986 game was the weather seemed horrible.
|45 weeks 5 days ago||Great win||
I am so proud of the way the team came out and fought hard tonight. Devin played a great game. Also ecstatic about beating the Fig Thing Irish at the last game between them at Michigan Stadium for a long time.
|45 weeks 5 days ago||I could not agree more||
I love it and think Devin is the perfect player to wear the ole 98. I think as others have mentioned that this is fitting tribute to Tom Harmon and will lead others to learn more about his legacy. I still remember reading Tom Harmon received a standing ovation his last game at Ohio Stadium.

Why is it that former Michigan Players train with Mike Barwis? To Quote David Molk "Wellman is good S/C coach and has read all the books but Mike Barwis wrote those books." You also have Mike Martin, Ryan VanBergen, Ryan Mundy, Jack Johnson, Larry Foote, Braylon Edwards, Lamar Woodley, and Brandon Graham just to name a few all work out with Mike Barwis. Aaron Wellman is a very good S/C coach but their is no reason to put down Mike Barwis because he is not our S/C anymore. Mike donates a lot of time to help high school players improve. They both are excellent but they have diffferent approaches. I do not even feel the need to mention the work he has done for Brock because of what he does for others.

|2 years 36 weeks ago||I may be mistaken||
But the last teamsto win the National Championship without running some version of the spread and I believe that team was Alabama. So some aspects of the spread cannot all be bad, 4 out 5 of the last championships. It would appear that some aspects of a spread style offense could be utilized especially with Denard under center. Nothing against Borges he may just not have the personnel to run his preferred offensive game plan.
|2 years 40 weeks ago||Thank you||
Was able to log on and got 2 together in the lower bowl. Thank you would not have been able to go without your post. (I got them at 8:10)
