"Michigan should be properly chagrined by their decision to pass on the actual athletic directors their department had spawned last time."
Shouldn't it be spurned, not spawned?

Seems more like a reference to goose egg. Just a guess. Then again this post kinda backs that up.

Michigan 21, Utah 17

When kids get injured sometimes there scholarships get pulled.

I disagree that there is an insignificant difference between a renewable scholarship and a four-year scholarship after reading articles like this one:
Some schools are definitely predatory and a four-year scholarship would make it the school's best interest to protect their atheletes.

Lots of talk about defense but this team is well under a PPP on offense. Call me crazy, but I think if a team is going to beat us it will be with offense. I think our DREB rate will go a long way to determining the outcome of this game.

I believe in psychology that is called flow.

Don't forget, University of Chicago has some pretty rich football history, too. Not only that, but they were one of the founding members of the Big Ten. But nevermind, BTN doesn't need Chicago delivered. Northwestern fans have that covered.

Michigan wins by 8.

Michigan scores big, Illinois manages a field goal and scores a TD in garbage time.
|3 years 20 weeks ago||Same Offensive Output…||
Actually, their offense did NOT double their scoring output. Don't forget the pick six. They scored six points just like against everyone else.

Well, we lost Koger. He only had 244 receiving yards but he had 4 TDs. That's a pretty big chunk of our scoring in the passing game.

Yeah that drives me up a wall as well. However your rant is sufficient so I will rail no more against the subject.

Coach said he actually wanted to start him for the season until he got hurt shortly before the opener.
