Probably not very helpful but
1. Parents drove me to do well.
2. my friends were all of the nerdy etc type and all did well so some aspect of maintaining a standard
3. Pride - I had always done well in the past and I didn't want to face the situation where that was no longer the case.
There are resources to help you succeed whether it be peer tutoring, or talking toteachers after class for help or online resources, it's just a matter of having the motivation and drive to tap into those resources.

I think there were also some comments that the players didn't like the turf inthe stadium. Not sure if that's a factor.

There are some big rivalries in esports already. I mainly follow League of Legends so in north america the big ones are Cloud9/Team Solomid and Counterlogic Gaming/Team Solomid.

Also, there are a lot of pro gamers who were athletes that had some injury or medical problem and switched their competitive edge from sports to video games.

Michigan's Next QB could be a reality show at this point.

Malzone best onthe move
Speight best with dropback passes,
Morris best arm, good at bubble screens.
Morris has issues with accuracy, and is sometimes overconfident in his ability to make a tough pass. Also he doesn't take off some of the heat, and doesn't really help his receivers with easier passes.
still listening, but at work so might not add more til later.

What do the front 7 look like in the 3-4 if we run it? Durkin was talking about having the personnel to switch between 4-3 and 3-4.

These stories on Karan Higdon are really cool. It's nice to see how he has so much drive on and off the field. The story of him even making it up to Michigan despite that snowstorm is really something. I'm excited to see him compete and succeed at Michigan.

That may be true, but Mattison would know exactly what his grades were, so I'm sure he would give an honest assessment if pressed. If he really indicated he couldn't get in without football, I wouldn'tbe surprised. Mattison would also have his standardized test scores too so I'd expect he would have the full picture.

I'm curious if there's a correlation between experience and road game performance. I would expect it would play a much bigger factor in dealing with an unfamiliar environment.

Honestly this was late notice for me to go. I just went back to visit the week before from Chicago and while I'd love to go to see the scrimmage, I don't think I'm going to be making the trip again. I'll be doing a lot of driving when the season comes though, as I am one of the fools who got season tickets.

Could we squeeze in school in the "current situation" charts? Some of them I know, but it would be helpful to be able to see it in the chart in addition to the listing after each persons picks. Also it would help to more easily identify if one person is picking all Wisconsin and Michigan State.

Been a few years but,
North campus is fine. The biggest thing is it is pretty quiet (not as much happens there). I would guess that the unhappiness is tied to grad/engineering/architecture students that live and work up there moreso than the location. Other than that I thought it was easier studying at the dude and the dorms were a bit quieter. Living just off of north campus was nice too (I stayed a couple years at huron towers).
If you want to run around screaming COLLEGE at the top of your lungs, then it's probably not the place for you.
