Stop using “he’s a victim” to justify Ace’s thoughts or response. I (and based off of statistics probably many others on the blog are to) am also a victim and think completely differently.
There was nothing remotely wrong with this podcast. You guys were having an honest discussion on a difficult issue.
just because people think differently or maybe are even wrong is no reason to dismiss, belittle, or attack them.
I truly enjoy Ace’s sports opinions but it seems like anytime Ace opens his mouth or tweets about something other than sports he shows what an immature sad individual he is. Not because of his views but because of his tone towards opposing views.
At some point Brian needs to decide if Ace adds enough value to his business to warrant his employment. Maybe the traffic to the site indeed does say that but if not he really needs to think about letting this dude go. I know I will no longer read Ace articles after many incidents of behavior I don’t want to support. Hopefully a day doesn’t come where I have to swear off the blog entirely.

Considering this is the person that mocked drew brees after his final game the amount of ignorance and virtue signaling in this article shouldn’t be a surprise.
Bars are open and medical centers aren’t close to being overrun lol look at the fucking data. 6% of hospital beds in Florida are Covid patients. Stop believing the fear porn.
Masks should be worn. Foreign travel restrictions were good. Businesses absolutely should not be closed unless the owner decides it’s best. There’s a reason many states are ruling the closures unconstitutional.
Why do you assume everyone on the opposite side of you is a “Trumpie” I hate Trump and have never voted republican in my life. Yet I believe in mainting rights and allowing others free choice. It’s comments like this that won Trump the election in 2016 and will most likely lead to another victory in 2020.
Change that to if it violates my rights and you’re correct. MOST people have no issue wearing masks, telling people they can and can’t open their business or work is another thing entirely.
If you’re scared stay home. If your grandson has bad asthma I suggest he stay home whenever possible. Most of these players aren’t scared and don’t have asthma so why should they?
No it’s actually not. People and individual businesses should have right to protect themselves (or not) if they choose. Just because your afraid doesn’t mean they need to be.

All these people are worried about the players well being need to realize that there will be some sleeper players that will get discovered and drafted making life changing money that wouldn’t have been discovered if not for this season. Take burrow from last year as an example. It’s also much safer for them to be tested everyday and in a regimented program than back at home without access to the same tests and medical personnel. If the players want to play why the fuck should you or I tell them they can’t??

If you don’t want to go to games or play that’s fine I don’t begrudge you. If reasonable people look at the data and decide they want to live their lives let them. Stop trying to control everybody and make them live by your world views.
Not a denier. Close family friend passed away from it unfortunately. I just believe in the freedom of choice and don’t need other people protecting me like I’m an incapable child. If you feel like you need that, then stay home. Players that want to play don’t need people that live In perpetual fear like you telling them they can’t. If they want to opt out they have that ability.
