Thanks for this post. I would have forgotten about it.
Game will be tough, but very winnable. Duke hasn't looked great in the couple games I've seen of them.

This concludes my posting on the blog for the remainder of football season.

That is actually very smart. I'm sure the vast majority of coaches use a "one size fits all" approach for their players, and wonder why some turn out to be "busts".

I'm more interested in the Lamborghini bit.

Our defense was fine. The problem was 100% on offense yesterday.
For example, we needed a break in a big way, and the defense came up with a huge interception giving the offense the ball inside of field goal range. On the next three plays when a quick touchdown would have brought us right back into the game, the offense proceeded to lose enough yards to take the team well outside of field goal range.
I will be happy when we have a running game in the next two years.

More pics of wife, please.
To answer the question, I don't believe we're at that point yet. Somehow this team doesn't have the talent to get the job done. The cupboard was bare when RR left, and its going to take Hoke at least three years to install his system.

I can't tell if this is serious or sarcastic......
I could understand there being a thread on a guy we are recruiting, but not necessarily a general "Have a seat over there........" High School football theread.

Is this seriously a topic of interest on the board nowadays!?!
|5 weeks 3 days ago||You have to remember......||
MSU's schedule is horribly easy this year. They have only played two teams with winning records, and only won one of those games.
We are quite a bit better than any team they have played so far this season.

Man, you might want to upgrade your employment situation. If you're unhappy about your current income, do something about it.

What does LHS stand for? Hoke had a button, and its on the helmets. Sorry if I missed this, haven't been paying much attention to anything other than the actual games lately.

I'm guessing that this is basketball related.

Green definitely needs some time in a conditioning program, as it appears that he came into school at least 20 pounds overweight. However, you'd think that with him being in the program only a small amount of time, his conditioning should continue to get better each week during the season.
I say make him the starter, and definitely have Fitz available as an option whenever Green gets gassed.
Rawls also looked better than I've ever seen him yesterday. He appears to be much improved from looking rather pedestrian last year.

All it takes is like 20 seconds and a body hair trimmer.
You'd think if a girl is going to allow herself to be taken home and ravaged, that she would at least have everything well kept.

I woke up this morning in a hotel room next to a younger girl who had plentiful pubic hair. I proceeded to get up and quietly walk out of the room.
To the younger guys on the board: Are college girls nowadays actually sporting the "full bush" look? Why are you letting them get away with it?

I hope Blimpy opens up in a location that can better move the line through. Ever since it was on that show with Guy Fieri, I have been there maybe 10 times total. The line got to a point where it was just too much, even though it's a great burger place.

Agreed. I watched every episode of this show in like a ten day span a while back, and this has been brutal. I might just wait til the season is over and knock it out quickly.

So you don't think it's a good show? Or you actually think the hype is warranted?

Breaking Bad is a good show, but the hype machine for it has reached a point where it's now incredibly overrated. Although I will be watching Breaking Bad, I'm more interested in the other show which is a cop show filmed in Detroit.

They all seem like very nice girls, but there is a whole lot of butterface in there. The first two FSD girls set the bar pretty high, and it doesn't appear that any of these measure up.
I did find it funny that the girl from Ann Arbor is a current MSU student, but her dad played football for Michigan and she is a huge Michigan fan. You'd think with that scenario she wouldn't have a very tough time getting into Michigan.
|24 weeks 3 days ago||Not that I'm a huge proponent||
Not that I'm a huge proponent of the system where a person is paid solely for their time, but this was a particularly poor advice column. No matter what, there's a good chance that sometime after college you will be paid for your time in some fashion. The key is, learning enough and saving enough during that period of time where you can actually do what you want after a relatively brief amount of time.
I'm currently working a ton of hours, and saving a whole lot of money doing a job that I'm not particularly thrilled about. The positive is, I figure that by the age of 30 I'll have enough saved where I can begin a variety of different endeavors and will never have to "work" in the formal sense ever again.
My recommendation to recent grads is to avoid getting caught up in the whole, "We're all moving to a city and blowing all of our money" situation that is very easy to succumb to in the 12-24 months after college. While it is a great time, it really sets people on a bad path going forward.

Eh, too early to tell.
I was one of those kids who was considered a "future genius" until about the age of 9 or 10 after receiving very high test scores(in 1st grade, was reading at something like a 7th grade level). Although I still managed to graduate from Michigan, my intellectual development leveled off to a point where I would now only be considered solidly above average.
ADD and beginning to drink at a relatively early age may have played a role.......

Do you actually think Denard will go down in Michigan Football history as some type of "larger than life" character, without ever winning anything?
Let's be honest here. I enjoyed watching Denard in many instances, but he will be a complete afterthought in about 12 months.
There really is too much delusion on this board. It would be wise and healthy for many posters to come back to reality.

Well, I guess he's no longer a young lovable huggable type of guy...
Seriously though, I bet he had more fun in his 34 years than most people do in a 75+ year lifetime, so it's tough to feel bad.
