All i can say about the 2008 class is as a whole it set us back..It gave us Mike Martin who i loved watching but it was not a bright spot in recruiting for UM..i feel much better about Hoke and company on the way they recruit and the evaluating of talent and character.

I dont think this is going to be taken right but il try..Denard has wiggle and can make the best of them miss..but he has a straight upright style of running and to me i just dont see him as a WR..to me he is a one cut and go RB..i dont think he will ever be a full time WR or RB in the league but a guy that can be used in situations..The way he runs really does remind me of Joshua Cribbs..and Cribbs has never become the every down WR some people thought he could be.

Cam Gordon was around the ball all day and the LBers in general looked good..Marvin Robinson can be a huge piece for this team.

Bellomy seemed like he is on the right path as a RS Fresh..Jerald Robinson looked like a kid i can see fighting for the ball and is on the right path as well.

Fitz Toussaint looks to be very confident in himself and i can see him really doing things this year and adding a little to the passing game for us.

I agree..I dont see the similarity at all..Dunn pledged early and waivered late but stayed with OSU..Ty is letting the schools recruit him and will make his pledge pretty soon..If he waivers then maybe we can compare it to Dunn.

I watch Smith every Friday night during the season...I feel like he is a good RB who if he had breakaway speed would be elite..Isaac does have the breakaway speed but he runs very upright and i think Smith will be more durable due to his low running style... I think either will get the job done so im fine with whatever happens.

For what its worth Smith plays the same competiton as Toussaint played and having watched alot of both id say Smith is better at this time than Fitz was..and thats not a knock on Fitz
