Wow, I never realized Wisconsin doesn't have a baseball program. Why is that? 

I just mean Texas A&M having a successful year in general and Texas being down for a couple years. Texas A&M is to Texas as MSU is to us so Texas fans, I would think, are annoyed by all the hype A&M has recently been receiving. 

This is really sad. The worst part about this is a lot of the videos he uploaded were only uploaded by him, so now so many great videos are lost. This is fucking horrible. 

Yes, I believe they are. It will be interesting to see who we get for our first cross over games. I assume that the cross overs switch every two years still, right? A home and away with three teams then you switch? 

The issue this creates now is that if you want really good seats, you're going to have to line up hours before kickoff and not tailgate. 

In the scary but unlikely situation that Burke, Hardaway, Robinson, and McGary all leave, are we a tourney team? The starters would probably be Walton, Stauskas, LeVert, Irvin, and Morgan. I would guess we would be on the bubble and make it just in as a 9 or 10. Hopefully this doesn't happen.  

If that is going to happen we need BRCE back, he was on damn near every tigers thread and said Leyland needed to be fired in pretty much every one.

Take this with a grain of salt because they are just rumors, but I've heard that the athletic department and Nike are on very bad terms after we switched away from them. Phil Knight said we would come crawling back to them and we pretty much told him fuck you.  

Not sure if you're joking, but Brian works pretty fucking hard during the football season. It's perfectly reasonable to take a vacation every once in a while.

Vitale is pretty much like Lee Corso, old guys who love college sports with a passion but are past their prime. I like both of them, personally.

The defense and Gibbons were both great tonight. Defense would have given up less points but the offense pretty much gave Nebraska great field position every time. Denard's injury is the main concern right now. If Denard is healthy, we could probably win the next 3 before Ohio State. 

Damn, our athletic department is rolling in money. Adding all of the estimated amounts totals about $213 million.

Yeah. March Madness is a lot of fun to watch but is not a very good way of picking a champion. When VCU made the final four, it was kind of fun to see the underdog get there, but it would have been stupid if they won the championship. They were not one of the four best teams in basketball.

I haven't missed a home game since 2009 and have never noticed the students do that, though it sounds like a cool thing to do.

Just want to say that your website is fantastic. Along with Wolverine Historian, Michigan may have the best sources for videos out of any team in the country. 

If that does happen, it will be a very long time. Football is amazingly popular in this country, it's hard to imagine people losing interest in college football and the NFL.

Hm, hopefully this doesn't become a trend in other sports. Imagining Michigan with ads on their home uniform or the Tigers with ads on their all white uniform is awful.    

I think we go 9-3 this year. Loss to Alabama, lose one of Nebraska/MSU, lose one of Iowa/OSU. Going 9-3 this year would be a very good season with this schedule and it would give me much hope for the future.

Your last few sentences are very true. Things weren't right with the football program from the day Bo died until this last season. Everything seems right again.

This is pretty much how my school feels. Hate for Notre Dame among Michigan fans in my school in non existent. Compared to people my Dads age who hate Notre Dame almost as much as OSU. I don't even hate Notre Dame that much. 

At least Hoke looks like a former player that has put on a lot of weight over the years. Charlie Weis is a blob, he is at least double Hoke's weight.

I'm sure you realize this, but injuries were a major problem in 2007. It was something like Henne, Hart, and Long didn't play a full game together until the Florida game. Lets hope we stay healthy in 2012. 

Nothing too interesting, but I remember during the Wisconsin game in 2008 after the pick 6, I started laughing and tearing up from being so happy. I teared up after beating Ohio State this year too.

I'm all for maize outs when it's warm weather outside, but having a maize out for the osu game is never going to work. Almost no one owns a maize coat and only some people own maize sweat shirts. People shouldn't be expected to wear maize when it's freezing outside.

Agreed. I'm still in high school and I remember watching Michigan Replay every Sunday. 

While the defensive performance was awful, that last play gives me chills every time I watch it. I was just so happy to be bowl eligible and it's awesome to see the sideline go crazy once Scheelhaase gets tackled.

The whole Wal-Mart Wolverine thing is mostly stupid. The only people who deserve to be called this is the Michigan "fans" who say how bad MSU academics are and how great Michigans are but couldn't even get into MSU. Those people are usually obnoxious and really shouldn't be considered Michigan fans. 

The 247 MSU site is a bad representation of their fan base. Just like M live is for Michigan.

Damn people... were 21-8, 11-5 in the Big 10. It's one loss and were going to get a good seed. The crowd wasn't that bad coming from someone who was at the game, what do you expect with about 10 students being there?

This wouldn't work but you said "we should start selling out Crisler consistently before that becomes a possibility." Basketball is more popular than hockey and hockey got 100,000 people, I'm sure basketball could too. However, like you said, visibility would make this impossible.

Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. Too many of you are over reacting. Just because we lost to them once doesn't mean we should never schedule them again. Playing them again says that we are not afraid to lose, we are past that lost. The only bad thing that will come from this is the media showing replays of the game in 2007, though, it seems like some of you guys just think that's the worst thing ever. Also, some of you seem to think Dave Brandon trying to get as much money as possible is a bad thing. This game will earn us more money than playing against EMU. I have nothing wrong if you think it's a bad idea, it just blows my mind that people think playing App st. is the worst idea ever.  

Boo Hoo OSU fans are going to make fun of us. Are you guys serious? Not sure why everyone is going crazy.
