The refs did screw us over a couple of times. That is true...but free throws have hurt us all season, and it seems fitting that the missed free throws costed us the game today. That's my opinion. Either way, this was a great season, and I'm already getting pumped about this fall. It's all about football from here on out.

I usually don't like it because it reminds me of elementary school. You know, when you beat some kid in basketball and he says "oh yea, well you still can't divide!!" It's usually an attempt to take attention of the fact that you are really upset about the recent loss. In this case I didn't have a problem with it because it was clever. I try to stay away from the "HA HA NA NA NA NA BOO BOO" COMMENTS.

Our only losses came to the 2 teams in the BCS National Championship, an undefeated team that would be in that game if they weren't under sanctions, and the probable B1G champion. The loss to Bama was obviously a straight up loss. The loss to ND was due to 5 turnovers. The loss to Nebraska wouldn't have happened, in my oppinion, if it wasn't for Denards injury. Today, I firmly believe we were the better team. Turnovers killed us again, and of course, the questionable playcalling didn't help. 

Having said that, forget the past. I'm excited to play a good team in the Capitol One Bowl and I can't wait for next year. I'm sure Brady Hoke will put emphasis on taking care of the ball during practices leading up to the bowl and during spring practices. Also, I only see the offense improving with Borges being able to focus on just one quarterback who fits his offense more than Denard. With next years schedule, I can see us running the table.

They have impressed so far this year, and as devestating as it would be to most people on this blog, their chances look a lot better than they did at the beginning of the year. Everybody was thinking 6 or 7 wins would be a success, but the teams on their schedule look much weaker than they did a month ago. As awful as it sounds, ND might start getting a lot of title game talk. Especially if they beat Stanford next week.

You are right. I forgot about that rule. The chances of that being an issue towards the end of the season is small, but there is still a chance. Something to think about I guess.

Beating a good MSU team looks good for Michigan. If it comes down to whether we get in a BCS bowl or not, it would look good on our scheudule that we beat a 10-2 team as opposed to a 7-5 team. I don't care if you like it or not, but that is what the voters and the people across the country look at. Now, unless you don't care what bowl Michigan gets into, or the national image of Michigan, you should hope that the opponenents they play are good.

It hurts the team, but that should hit Fitz where it hurts. Punishments are much worse when it hurts someone else as well. If it's just him getting punished, the next time he drinks a little too much at a party, he might chance it because he feels he can endure the punishment again. If he has in his head that the team would take a blow, he might call a cab. I'm not sure which I would prefer in this situation, but there is a point to make for each argument.

I was really excited to hear about his interest in Michigan, but haven't heard anything since. Poggi would be a great get too, but Vanderdoes is scary good.

I like them both the same. If I had no clue what either of them were ranked, I would probably choose Smith. He was tackled about two times in the highlights I saw. He doesn't have the breakaway speed that Isaac has, but he is the powerful runner we have been missing. At the same time, 6'3 220 with that burst smells pretty sexy. Either way I am a happy man.

Hopefully we get Garnett this year, and also I would love to see more high profile O-Linemen be recruited next year. With the D-Line Ohio is creating, we need to be able to protect Shane in the future.

I did not know when the basketball season started and I can never come on here because i'm busy with college. Side note; I forgot how many assholes there are on this site. He goes to my school and he is definitely a game changer. Problem is that his grades are pretty bad. My friend told me about this time he was tutoring him, and he just could not understand the material. He is also about 165 pounds, but that can be changed.
