If Damon Webb was going to commit to OSU him doing it this early is probably the least worst option.  The staff can pursue others, and if he changes his mind and there's still a seat, so be it.  Losing a hat ceremony right before NSD 2014 would've been completely different.

It went ok from what I'm hearing. I don't think Alabama fits his personality as well as Michigan does. I've said this before, but I think Michigan has a clear lead on him. Poggi is a smart kid, his parents also want him to go to a highly rated academic institution. In terms of ratings and football tradition, Michigan would be hard to beat Michigan for Poggi. If you ever see James T Yoder in a public place please let him know that he's a bad person.

1. I expected him to say/do something much less diplomatic
2. It's not hard to understand how someone would want their younger sibling to experience something they're passionate about
3. He's made plenty of missteps but never actively/maliciously/egregiously harmed the program
4. When you're hitting rock bottom it's nice to feel like you have non-paid-entourage support

All that said, given how 2012 went down, not sure why they wouldn't just control what they can control e.g. do the work, avoid nonsense, do what they have to do until signing day

I'd +1 fear/paranoia for the weather, forecast says upper 40s possible showers @ 3pm.  I'm not aware of an advanced metric for weather inspired offensive fubar, but I don't think you'd call this a strength in recent years.

If you look back at old Woodley photos it would in no way shock me to see this kid go from A to B and kill a few QBs along the way. 

It would've been more fitting for him to break out the Hoosiers quote heading to Indy. I suspect Brady loves this movie but does not understand why we moved past the VHS tape.
