I must say Hibbert deserves a Max deal.  He was/is incredibly valuable to the Pacers.  His numbers may not jump out at you, but he opens up the floor for other play makers like Granger or Hill.  He gets fronted and someone always sags hard on help defense to keep the ball from him which leaves another player open.  Plus, the Hibbert-West-Granger front court is the biggest/strongest in the league.

On defense, players are afraid to get to the rim because they will get stuffed.  Players like Wade (pre game 4 in the Indiana-Miami series) would settle for jump-shots when that's the weak part of their game just because Hibbert roamed the paint.  If anything, his pressence alone changes the game.  I think he was +50 (or something ridiculous) on the floor against Miami in that series.

Also, he is 25, an All-Star, has an incredible work ethic, and is still developing his game.  He has nothing but upside in a position that lacks depth in the NBA.  Trust me, he is the real deal and he deserves one.

I remember IU putting Watford on Burke, which confused him I think.  They could get away with it because they put Hulls on Stu.  This year they won't be able to do that because all of Michigan's players will be faster and more athletic than Hulls.

As an IU fan as well, the general Idea I have heard from people is that Yogi would start at 1 and Hulls start at his more natural position as a 2.  Still, Hulls is going to be a defensive liability regardless.

A lot of waaayyyyy early ranking ranged from 4 to 8 I believe.  Certainly all depends on Burke though.

People are pointing to Sullinger's fall in draft stock after staying another year.  I don't think it really compares with Burke's situation.  In Sullinger's freshman year, he was the best player in the nation on the best team in the nation (before the tournament).  There was really nowhere to go but down for Sullinger and Ohio.  Plus, this year there are so many great big men unlike the year before.  Obviously that last part could be an arguement for Burke leaving, but guards are generally going to be taken lower in the draft than the amazing big man class this year.

With Burke and Michigan, they are most likely to go up.  Michigan has a top 5 class coming in AND (would be) returning 3 key starters.  Burke has All-American and Final Four potential.  He could be considered the best guard, potenially, in the country next year and that will only raise his stock.  Sullinger WAS the best big man last year and like I said, had nowhere else to go but down.  For Burke and Michigan, there really isn't anywhere to go but up.  They haven't even come close to their ceiling...
