Was at the Brown Jug.  Went from sitting to jumping almost as quick as Josh Bartelstein and high-fived everyone I could.  Stood there shaking until overtime happened.  Then did it all again.  

The laughter.  It isn't stopping.  (mostly in reference to the final .gif)  

To examine the in-game moments that got us to this legendary shot is one thing, but to dissect every bit of minutiae happening on the periphery...

...that is genius.  Well done, Ace.  

This might just be my Seinfeld-ian fandom coming in, but I just want to call it "The Trey."  (akin to "The Kramer")

When Denard was here in AA, I had him sign the Michigan Daily from when M beat ND in 2010 (the original 'Heisman pose' picture).  I think it's cool to find something other than the standard football or helmet.  The V. Smith picture is pretty creative, but just think of what you'd want hanging up 10, 15, 20 years from now.

I understand all the frustration about lack of leadership/drive/fire/etc.  What's hard is that with this team, the highs are really high and the lows are unfathomably low.  Think about how we felt after the Ohio game just a week ago.  The players and coaches have to have short memories if we expect them to improve, and so should the fans.  We have to wait and see how they'll respond the rest of the season.

I also have to say, getting blown out against a main rival is extremely shitty, but most of my anger came out on Saturday after the Wisconsin loss.  That doesn't excuse a lackluster performance last night, but as most of you have observed, we seem to get teams' top efforts, and when teams are making virtually every shot (I swear the statistics are wrong....48.4 team FG% my ass), losses will happen.  

Thanks for this thread...the game threads for losses get so unbelievably negative that it's important to remember why we love this team and why we will absolutely continue to watch every game.

Thank you for this fantastic piece of history. Lloyd seems humble, well-spoken, and a genuine individual who embodies the Michigan fan in all of us. The fact that he not only embraces that, but articulated it better than anyone else could is a testament to his legendary status within the Michigan community.



I finally got to see Lloyd Brady in the flesh a couple weeks ago, and it was an unexpectedly more awesome than I could have imagined.

Dear God, my girlfriend is in Thailand right now. I told her if she finds me a Michigan shirt like that, it can be my Christmas and birthday present...for 100 years.

I didn't see this elsewhere and can't start a thread, but did anyone else see Mitch McGary at the game? My friend spotted who we believed to be him in our section (28) in about row 70. I found it odd that he'd be up so high, but was 99% sure it was him. Awesome that he's already making it to the big events

I attended the game against NW this year where they gave out the 5 by 7 glossy photos of Darius to commemorate his triple double. I secretly referred to him as "Glossy" from then on. I needed more time to make that nickname happen!
