I didn't watch because I gave up on this team when they lost to Penn State and Michigan State. I'm not going to celebrate either, I don't deserve it. I'm sick right now just thinking of this game.

I logged in to reply to this, yes, you can in fact call a penalty on the home team for it. I remember watching a late late late game between Boise State and Idaho and there was some Idaho frat boy in the stands blowing the whistle.

I'd like to see some more attackmen who are willing to try a dodge around a defender.

They have pads that stretch down to maybe the belly button if not a tiny bit lower. They don't wear any arm pads, however.

It's 110 yards long by 60 yards, it has lines similar to hockey where the offense/defense is not allowed to cross but the midfielders are. The goal crease is off limits to all of the attackmen (name for offense in lacrosse)

I completely understand, sorry, I didn't mean to come off as a dick. I think it's great how they explain the rules too. I was saying if he'd want any explanations then, in addition to the commentators, there are also some of us here willing to explain them in full.

Both Ohio and us are Div. 1. The difference is that Ohio has had a  Div. 1 program for longer than we have. Before this season, the lacrosse team for Michigan was simply a club team that used the block M and the name of Michigan. Now it's officially a sport that they can recruit in and gain more experienced players. I believe most if not all of the Michigan players are carried over from the club team.

Sorry, I realized that it wasn't his fault when I figured out they were on the 10 man ride. I've only been playing a couple years so a 10 man ride was totally foreign to me.

I've never seen that ever playing lacrosse.

I urge all of you to watch this game! They might not win (it's highly improbable) but lacrosse is an awesome sport and I'd love to see more people get into it. 

It's really growing strong in the state of Michigan. I would urge you to start your kids early, which is easy because there are tons of leagues and camps for the little guys.

I was so excited to see a new Rilo Kiley themed video... I stil lthought this was a little bit funny though.

I know a lot of old timers will be upset with the music choice, but I thought it was awesome! Got me very hyped up for next season!

I'm currently 16, and started following Michigan football when I was 13. You must know exactly how I feel about it.

This was my first thought. I would think that many of the football players would be upset about this. Kind of a tough issue to play off as something simple.

This is so weird for me... being a 2014 graduate myself... just... I don't know! Odd that people my age are already signing on to schools. I have a hockey player in one of my classes that is currently committed to MSU (he's a total dick... huge surprise)

I am so excited for this season to start. The February 12th game is going to be very important! BE THERE!

We are so untalented compared to them. It's insufferable. Burke, a freshman, is the best player on our team. How disgraceful.

Not to mention his shooting. I think Stu has more points than he does at this point in the season.

I also play lacrosse through All American. Ultimate is an awesome venue and the game will be held in an area normally used for De LaSalle soccer games with stadium seating.

I went to the Ike-Cass Tech playoff game and let me tell you that he is for sure dual threat... I hated that game because it was my high school against kids going to my favorite college team. Couldn't help but be intrigued.

Man this really frustrates me. I'm a high school lacrosse player and all those "lax bro" kids really give the hard working ones who practice all year round a bad reputation.

I know many more football players at my high school (in Michigan) that smoke drugs than lacrosse players...

Well one thing good happened today... got RT'ed on Twitter by Mike Rothstein for quoting Sterling Archer.

I was attending the Eisenhower-Cass Tech game back during the playoffs and Jourdan Lewis (though I didn't know his name at the time) was as big a contributor as RJS or Terry Richardson... although RJS did steamroll us in the rungame. That guy is a monster.

I seriously lost it when I read about Arrested Development. Something I would never have  expected out of him. That's hilarious.
