If there was anyone who had the great gift of

reading people, it was Bo.  He could spot the scum-bag coaches a mile away. His disdain for weasles such as Mike White from Illinois are well documented.  I'm sure that is why he had no qualms about pouring on 70 in '81 and 60-some in '86.  It's too bad Bo didn't have the opportunity to coach against the vest.

Ummmm I wouldn't be so sure...

it stands to reason that his Fuckeye bretheren harbor those feelings. Now that he is no longer in c-bus, he can run his mouth w/out consequence to himself.  Rolle is convienent sounding board for his buddies.  If I were a current player and some player from a rival school said some stuff like that, I'd be chomping at the bit to inflict as much pain and suffering on those guys who wear his colors come the 3rd saturday of November and a 2nd time in Indy if needed.

The thing is, those Michigan kids don't need some ass-hat to run his mouth in order to get amped to pumel those clowns.  There will be blood.

My guess would be....

Wayne Morgan.  he has been rumored to have M out in front of Rutgers right now.

According to Josh Hemoldt (the wolverine.com recruiting guru)...

He does not think Morris will be affected by Kiel committing. B/c:

1. Kiel is1 yr older

2. most kids like Shane Morris, are very confident in their abilities, do not shy away from competition.

Unfortunately it appears that the earlier a kid commits, the...

less attention he gets from the recruiting service/networks especially if he is a boarderline 3/4 star. If the kid is a solid 4 or 5 star and he commits early, this attention phenomenon is less prominent.  Sounds dumb but I have seen it every year since I have followed recruiting (about 5 yrs). We will likely have a few of the kids that fall into the former category. Which means that the recruiting class rank may not be as high as we think it should be.

I also think that our recruiting needs may limit the final ranking.  Right now we need OL. This position groups is tough to rank ( as admitted by recruiting guru's) and there are many OL that have the potential to be good, but don't have all the nuances of technique down  so they are given a 3 star ranking (unless they are completely dominant. See Will Campbell ).  So, we may end up with several 3-star OL prospects with a lot of potential. I think a better indicator of an OL's potential is his offer list (ie. If Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska type schools are on the kids list, chances are he is pretty damn good).

At the end of the day, we may end up with a class that may fall just outside the top 10. If we land guys like Gunner Kiel, a couple of 4-star CB's and DT's, a 4-star or higher WR and RB, then we will likely be safely in the top 10. If we miss on any of those, then we may be outisde the top 10.

I wouldn't mind seeing a ....

Steve Smith Tribute. Probably the most underrated of Bo's QB's.  A John Kolesar Tibute would be cool as well.  I was also wondering if you could would be able to upload some of the following games if possible: '86 vs. ND, '85 vs. Purdue, and possibly reuploading '83 vs. O-lie-O b/c that vid kinda ended abruptly. Thanks in Advance WH. Your vids keep me sane. Especially during May-July.
