MGoPodcast 3.1: Sherpas At The Bottom Of The Sea

It's a podcast! Please bear with us as we get our bearings, sans Tim and, this week, Jamiemac, in a strange new environment.

TOPICS!

The Western Michigan game. What we liked, what we didn't like, how wet we were (me: very, Ace: not at all), that one run Fitzgerald Tossaint made, and more.

The press box situation. (~19:50) Ace was there, and with the help of several sherpas managed to make his way to John Bacon's seat. Also up there: Drew Sharp. Intriguing.

Notre Dame. Brian Kelly's exploding head, Michael Floyd, not being the favorite, and Notre Dame's inherent Notre-Dame-ness.

Next week: more!

UPDATE: if you were a very eager beaver you got only half of it. It's now full.

Not sure if this is universal, but my iTunes of MGoPodcast does update.  Even tried re-subscribing.

Edit: Oh, and awesome for bringing the podcast back!  Yes!!!

I'd really like to see this podcast thing become weekly, at least during the season, maybe a NSD one, and monthly roundup in the offseason. I know thats asking a bit much though...

Brian rules!  Doesn't take himself too seriously, best thing about him.

Ace you were nervous but did a fine job anyway.  Relax and have fun...your job is all about fun anyway.  Maybe you'll be the straight guy to Brian's cut-up character...you had a little of that going on.

Looking forward to more of these...WIN OR LOSE!!

Great stuff.  Thanks for getting back to these - they make my longer runs more enjoyable.

I laughed when I heard Bacon was in Sharp territory.  I could just imagine both of them having uncomfortable conversations about how they wound up there, with Sharp ranting about how the establishment was trying to keep him down and Bacon saying that he wrote a book showing how the athletic department at UM can be petty.  Good times to be had by all.
