The timing
doesnt "feel" right but maybe this is a signal to DB. Like momma always says, "He who hesitates, is lost". What more data did DB need? If he is going to fire RR then do it so Zettle has some comfort factor. If not, then give RR a vote of confidence so Zettle is settle.
Lossing Zettle is not the end of the world but I would be nice to have a 4 star OL in the fold this year. This kid is great. I watched him play this fall and he is the real deal.

I haven't been back to the school. That 98 state champ team did make the school some money. That was an awesome championship game. My dad was DC on that team. Pooh got looks but you know nothing like a top 100 player. AZ has broken all pooh's lifting records. I think he is going after Howells throwing records in track. If we are choosing M, with all of the coaching uncertainty, why make the announcement now when he has said a few times that he would be announcing in January?
This is even more so since the uncertaintly around M is likely to be cleared up within a week or so. If the kid were inclined to pick M, wouldn't he wait the few remaining days to see who he might be playing for?
Either
he's decided he wants Michigan regardless of who's the coach or he's decided on somewhere else and the coaching situation is irrelevant. Anything beyond that is speculation -- I'd be shocked if he had inside information on DB's decision.
