and it's always a bad idea.  You can't say "a Magnuson, Kalis, Banner, Braden, Stacey line will be awesome in 4 years" because it's more likely than not that some of those players aren't going to end up being good.  In years past, people were dreaming of a Fitzgerald, Demens, Witherspoon linebacking corps, or a Dorsey/Christian cornerback tandem. OSU is starting basically nothing but top 50 guys on their OL, almost all of whom are seniors, and their line is crap.  

I'm a huge believer in recruiting rankings, but they're good in the aggregate, not as a guarantee. Getting Kalis, Magnuson and Banner is awesome because it means you're pretty likely to get at least one very good tackle out of the group (maybe two), not because the three are guaranteed to play on the same line and crush all fools.

no offense to stacey and miller, but is there any chance that one of magnuson, kalis, bryant, or bars (or joshua garnett in a perfect world) get looks at center (braden looks like a definite tackle)?
