Don't mean to hijack this thread, but I don't have enough points to post, and it's not threadworthy anyway.  But right now, on ESPNU, they're showing the last couple minutes of NU-ILL if anyone is interested.

That was my shot.  It was funny his mom or dad did nothing.  I would have told my kids to stop or not to do that. Good job posting it. I just happened to shoot goldy and the kid started to miss with him.

The Lloyd Brady shots are not mine. I have in the past tried to get shots of him, but have not got him on. I will take credit for the shot of greg and the stuffed animal that he put in Demens face. I was working for espn or abc for that game. I did not even notice that he did it untill it was on this blog. got the shot of him reacting and went back to shooting the game. then watched the replay at home and could not belive what greg did. funny. I like the haterade avartar.

I'm so glad someone finally mentioned this!  I nearly fell off my chair laughing when I saw that!  Not only is it hilarious, but it summed up the gophers' situation perfectly.

Based on the kid's behavior I'd have to say they must have came to the game from Ohio. Also the lack of parenting goes into my thought process.

Indeed.  I was in Columbus last year visiting a friend the day we beat Bowling Green.  That evening, we went to Applebee's for dinner and ESPN College football highlights were playing on the TV's.  When the clip was shown of Denard coming out of the game with his knee injury, an 8 year old boy (in a buckeye t-shirt) in the next booth was flipping off the TV screen.  His parents just laughed and did nothing to stop him.

At that point, I just sighed and then cursed the economy for my friend having to move to that awful state at all.

The Gopher was playing around with the fans in the sideline. So for the ppl that thought it looked trashy and irresponsible on the parents end, I think there was some give and take there. I'm guessing it was good natured.

.... or maybe the kid hates f%*&ing gophers.

I was standing right next to this while it was going on.  It was all in good fun.  2 minutes before this, the gopher was posting for pictures with the same kid and the baby to the left. The gopher put his did the put up his fists like he was going to fight the kid. This was not malicious at all.
