You know, it is pretty cool that Brandon was one of two ADs on BTN

We're kind of a big deal. People know us.

We're very important. We have many leather-bound books and our [classrooms] smell of rich mahogany.

I just can't laugh at this without hearing him say it.
Ahhhhh

After the division announcement, the first thing they talked about is the Mich-OSU date. We still are the Big 2.

Yea and Tom Osbourne was on too but none of the ADs sounded too enthusiastic. Im guessing they were just exhausted.

It's probably leftover irritation at the compromises people were forced to make. Add that to the Big 10 pandering to Michigan/OSU and there's no reason anyone was going to be that happy.

Hollis looked like he just ate a big old bowl of poo, and was trying to put on a smile and tell everybody how great it tasted. You know he's bitter about the Indiana thing, and how brutal their 2011 and 2012 schedules are. Guess they better win big this year while their schedule is easy.
Order has been slightly restored to the galaxy. I can live with this compromise for now. I'd like to see us put back together if/when we go to 14 or 16 teams.

I think Dantonio is just always constipated.

I certainly dig the fact that Brandon is all in when it comes to all things Michigan. He appears to be a very pro-active AD

Speaking of which, Barry Alvarez ends up with egg on his face. A couple weeks ago he was talking about having an end-of-the-year rivalry with Nebraska. Now UW finds itself separated from not only Nebraska but also Minnesota and Iowa. Their cross-divisional game goes with Minnesota, which might be the most traditional of the three but has the least cachet. And it's a floating game - UW doesn't even get an annual last-week opponent. Not a good outcome for them.
I posted a few days ago that it looked like Alvarez was working the system a lot better than Brandon. I'm very happy to be wrong about that one.

Michigan is the flag ship of the Big 10.

I'd say our ship is still afloat after proverbially shi#$%^ the bed for the last few years.
I'm also hoping RR can positively spin this into a confidence builder for the team.
