A nice write up on Charles Woodson and his resurgence in Green Bay. I didn't know that Green Bay was the only team willing to sign him when he was a free agent.

so much for that
This list is completely arbitrary and not a genuine analysis of the relative merits of state fossils.
will be michigan's highest pick in a while
money has to go somewhere
I am only motivated by people who have no opinion about me.
the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
but I thought that draft was supposed to be incredibly loaded?
If you're gonna go please be in the first round.
another delightful side effect of a 14 team conference
I disagree.
GOOD PLAN
hahahahaha
thoughtful piece from Jacobi on middle finger lady
Their high school coaches and AAU coaches have probably a better appreciation of Michigan than maybe they had before," Beilein said. "It's a tough balance right now. Tim Hardaway and Trey Burke weren't really high-profile players, nor was Darius Morris, and all were high-profile players. "We're still looking at 'who is the best fit.' "
"When I call somebody a midget, clearly I'm not trying to insult f---ing midgets. I'm just using basketball terminology."

I think the reason for all of the Woodson posts is reflected in the article. The versatility, the dominance at a critical position and the ability to change the way an entire offense approaches a defense. He did that and with the returns and receiving, more, for the only National Championship team we have had in decades.I have followed Michigan football for over thirty years and, along with Anthony Carter, he is one of the two best Michigan players I have seen.
An awesome story, befitting an awesome man.
I don't know if I will ever enjoy watching another player wear the maize and blue more than I enjoyed watching him.
He has indeed grown up over the past few years and he is now just as good a person as he is a talented football player.

prior to that. And he was injured a lot, good to see him back. On another note, I'm amazed at all the Woodson posts around here--I get that he was one of our best players ever, but it seems like he gets more pub than recruits or current players. Guess it's a mark of how appreciated he was.
"Everyone gets dumped Gabe. Let me give you some advice: a little coverup on your Adams Apple will make it appear smaller. Which will make you appear less like a transvestite."
