WTF is the orange squirrel-like creature in the maize craze?

Submitted by Feat of Clay on
So I'm at the basketball game and way high up in the yellow. I can't figure out what this orange-squirrel-like mascot is. It looks like Tony the tiger mated with a chipmunk. Is this just a dedicated fan with a side interest in furries, or something else?

its about making agreeable statements, going with the mob, trying to fit in with a bunch of computer nerds, and never thinking for yourself!! and thats why you are a winner!

that's preposterous. just because i LOVE AMERICA (i mean honestly, am i wrong? America rocks!) and think Michigan is WAAAAAY better than Ohio State Buckeyes (Buckeyes? more like Suckeyes! am i wrong?) does NOT mean i am pandering to the MGoBlog audience (what is the DEAL with level 40 mages thinking they pwn? am i wrong?). i am simply pointing out what i think about life and situations which seem obvious (about as obvious as how hot that girls ass over there is! am i wrong?) oh and this picture randomly was on my computer screen so i will post it here girl is so hot (am i wrong?)

...our defense? Or possibly our three-point shooting ability? After all, we can't seem to find those anywhere on the court, so I thought they may have wandered into the stands.

Methinks Mr. Douglass needs to work on his shooting a little bit more.... At least his steals are up this year and his assists / turnover ratio is through the roof this year (1.7 to 4.3). Also was Manny hungover in the first half or what? Talk about a second half rebirth...

i haven't been to any basketball games this year but South Quad has a mascot that is a large orange squirrel costume. wouldn't suprise me if one of the RAs wore it to the game.

Thank you all for coming through--we were perplexed by the thing but I was at a loss as to what to google. Then I thought, oh wait, MGoBlog--someone will know. We had our answer before the game was over. You guys rock.
