I never understood why a guy like Woodson hasn't written a book about how he manages to stick around and play at such a high level for so long, even after injuries. It's a ton of work, discipline, diet and drive - but I'd be extremely interested in the details.

the tonne of work, discipline, diet, and drive leave very little time to write a book. He'll have plenty of time when he retires to write.

That is some serious UM history standing right there.

I love how Denard is taking pictures with Wolverines from every team he plays this season.

Who is taking the pictures and who is uploading them to the internet?

The expression on Maurice Jones-Drew's face as he felt Woodson's hands had to be interesting, to say the least.
In any case, love the second photo - as someone said, there is quite a bit of history and rather a lot of incredible plays (as well as some excellent memories) standing in that photograph.

Me, too. I think it shows how good an athlete he is. The great ones have good three-dimensional / spatial ability. They're not just straight-line guys. Woodson did that pop-up after two full twists.
In a similar way (avoiding a straight comparison here), I liked how Gallon popped up after his twist & dive into the end zone on the one ND touchdown.

That's a pretty sweet pic.
It's also hard to believe that when Woodson was starting his first year in the NFL, Denard was starting 2nd grade.
