1. The irony of using quotes from AJ Hawk to praise a "Michigan Man" born in Ohio is a great way to start the day.
2. Woodson, as have many players who attended Michigan, will have a nice warm spot in a broadcast booth waiting for him somewhere when he is finished with the game.

Or maybe a nice warm DB/DC chair at a school with Maize and Blue winged helmets?
Can you imagine being a high school junior and having Charles Woodson come to your house recruiting? All your defensive backs are belong to us.

Ever since Woodson was a malcontent with the Raiders early in his career, he seems to have been a good representative for U of M.

Skeletor is enough to make everyone a malcontent. I don't know if you can hold that against any of the Raider players.

I'd like to raise a glass of Charles Woodson 2006 Cabernet in his honor.

Drinking in the morning?
I like your style.

Here's another nice article on Sir Charles:

And amen on what it must've been like to work for Al Davis. Good lord I dont think anyone can be considered anything but sane if they're unhappy having to play for someone who is actually insane.

I wonder if he'll be "Lloyd Carr's Michigan" when he's announced.

When do you think he'll retire? He's not showing signs of slowing down, and I'm not saying I want him to, I just wonder what people think.

Found this article about the Charles Woodson effect and the Packer's defensive secondary blitzing techniques. Pretty good read.
