Wolverine (Woodland Hills) to Play for Ohio State

Submitted by Cock D on

Ejuan Price, a linebacker at Woodland Hills High School, will play next season at Ohio State.

Price, a senior, made a verbal commitment to Ohio State tonight. Ohio State coach Jim Tressel visited Price at his home tonight and Price informed Tressel of his decision.

Price is considered one of the top linebackers in Western Pennsylvania and was one of the leading tacklers for the Wolverines this past season. Ohio State and Iowa were his top two choices.

From the school that gave us Ryan Mundy and Steve Breaston, that calls themselves the Wolverines and wears winged helmets (albeit teal and black bastarized versions) - and he lands in the hands of the Vest?

Bummer.

some affinity for all things Wolverine / disdain for all things Buckeye.  Or that the school was predisposed to send kids our way / steer them away from OSU.

Meh is probably right, though.

Well, um, you see, the thing is, most kids don't commit to a school that has not offered them.  Except for that one kid from Oregon (WA? CA? Azerbaijan?) -- now that took some cajones!
