WNIT Semifinal Student Ticket Question

Submitted by UMWest22 on
I realize that they were free for students for the last game against Syracuse, but does anyone know for sure if Wednesday's game is free for students as well? It doesn't really say prices for them on mgoblue.com. I apologize if this is an obvious question, but I really want to go to the game, and I've never been to a women's bball game yet. Not sure how it works. Thanks!

There has been a student price listed for every game so far, but they've let students in for free regardless of it. I'd bring money just in case, but don't actually expect to be paying for your ticket (don't forget your MCard, obviously).

I'm glad to hear that this game will be free. Just FYI, I remember having to buy a ticket to a softball playoff game the year Michigan won the national championship so the post-season isn't always free. The person at the ticket window explained that Michigan doesn't always have control over ticket prices for the NCAA tournaments and was required to charge students to get in.

* Game is Wednesday at 7:00 pm * Parking free in the Crisler lot * Doors open at 6:00 * General admission seating * Per U-M site, game will be streamed (for $2.99) at bigtennetwork.com, although I don't see it on the "upcoming games" schedule right now Great to hear that more students will be attending!
