He had been able to attract a senior QB developed by another program. It has been a while since WI took a HS kid and turned him into a decent college QB. But 'Bama will have a new QB that year, I think, so maybe it won't be a slaughter if they are fairly one-dimensional.

In addition to the two games I mentioned above, we have any single thing that happened during the Rich Rod era, the Clowney decapitation, getting boat-raced by Bama in a nationally televised game, etc. It doesn't matter if Bama was/is one of the most dominant teams in decades, or the Clowney hit was the only decent play he made all day, it all turns into ammo that gets used against us. I absolutely guaran-damn-tee you that if Wiscy pulls the upset or makes it real close, one of the first things we hear from Badger fans, or B1G fans in general, is "Hey remember when Michigan played Bama, HALOL" That's the point I'm making.
