Not all wins are created equal. Yes, they count the same in the record book, but they are not all equally indicative of a team's talent.
We're trying to assess where this program is. We're allowed to recognize that this was a poor performance, and does not bode well for the difficult Big 10 schedule. We don't have to put our heads in the sand and deny that there are problems.
If a win is a win is a win is a win, and presumably a loss is a loss is a loss, what is the point of this blog? What is the point of Brian's doing a UFR after every game? It's all irrelevant, if your team wins its performance doesn't matter, and there's no sense talking about it.
If you don't want to listen to people talking about the team's flaws, maybe you should avoid posts with negative sounding titles, rather than scolding people like a schoolmarm.

a time after every single fucking WIN (did I mention it was a FUCKING WIN) people didn't jump on here bitching about everything? People are acting like this defense was supposed to be good. This was a huge concern and it became true. I am happy after every win, and then come on here to get depressed. At this point, I am willing to accept a win and be excited about it no matter who it is and how it's done.

this is exactly why I stay off the board until Sunday. Broke my own rule and this is what I get for it; a bunch of people whining about it being too close. A win is indeed a win. I'll take the 3-0 over 2-1 any day.
