6'0 and 221, plus he runs a 4.43 40? Even if slightly exaggerated, yes please!  Sounds like a tremendously versatile athlete that Michigan should easily be able to find a place for.  We really could use a good kickoff guy.  I wasn't impressed with anyone who tried it this season.

Not saying I was impressed with either Crawford or Thomas but we did get spoiled watching Peppers return kicks and punts. I think Thomas will get better, he's an electric enough athlete to be a great kick returner. Don't forget he was a true frosh.

Listed at 5'11.5" on 247. I never thought Harbaugh would recruit a QB that short. Makes me wonder if he is recruiting him more as an athlete.

He could end up anywhere, so I wouldn't worry about the RB classification at the moment. They'll move him around until he finds a home. Richard Sherman was a WR before Harbaugh, Gentry was a QB and now he's been a damn good TE for us. Hell, Brad Hawkins was a pretty good WR recruit who they moved to DB. Barrett won't play QB, that's all we really know.

...that at the college level, dual-threat QBs make total sense. Defenses just can't account for everyone -- especially if the QB is a threat to run. My quarter says that Harbaugh is reluctantly coming to this same conclusion.
